Social media is always ready for a challenge and the latest in this department is the 'In my Feelings" dare. This dare emerged after Instagram comedian Shiggy danced to a song of the same name sung by Drake. His dance involved him interpreting the lyrics of the song in his own way and since social media liked what they saw, they took it upon themselves a challenge to better his performance. His dance has since inspired celebrities such as Ciara and Russell Wilson, Kevin Hart, Odell Beckham Jr, Will Smith and others to show off their dance moves. However, the #inmyfeelings challenge seemed to get bigger as people started looking for alternatives to make their video interesting and in turn, get more likes. This gave rise to people stepping out of moving cars and dancing to the beats of the song. But one man learned it the hard way of how dangerous can this be.

As reported by Daily Mail, Jaylen Norwood staged the stunt in his hometown of Boynton Beach but things did not go as he had planned. "'I planned this whole thing out,' Norwood said. 'I was gonna do the dance and then jump on the hood of the car and continue the dance but it came too fast and I slipped on the oil and that's why I got hit by the car," he said. While Jaylen did not get any serious injuries, he laughed it out and showed a couple of injuries that he sustained.

The video which soon became viral for its epic fall, shows Jaylen stepping out of his moving car to perform the challenge while getting filmed by the person who is seated on the driver's seat. While the initial part of the video makes people believe that it will all work out, as soon as the chorus of the song is about to play, Jaylen slips on the oil and falls down.

Moments later, a car comes and hits Jaylen, first on his shoulder and later on his face. Even the woman who was filming the video was left shocked as she could be heard saying, "Oh! My god". The video was soon cut and Jaylen then shows the cuts he got. "'I wasn't injured," he said. "Just scraped my arm." Even though he is smiling throughout the video, it does like he might have got hurt a little more than he is revealing.

However, this is not the first time that this challenge has gone wrong. Several other people have gotten hurt while performing this stunt. Many people have injured themselves while trying to step out of a moving car. The situation also prompted US authorities to tweet a warning for the people trying out the challenge. “Hopping out of a moving vehicle or jumping into lanes of traffic to show your dance moves is foolish and dangerous — to you and those around you,” the National Transportation Safety Board said.

“There’s a time and place for everything, but our nation’s highways and roadways are no place for the #inmyfeelings challenge," the statement further read. In fact, in places like Abu Dhabi, social media stars who were performing the challenge were arrested and people have been warned to not perform them as they may have to pay fines or even spend time in jail.
