From STRIP UNO to wife swapping, Tennessee cop Maegan Hall reveals sexual antics with 7 officers
LA VERGNE, TENNESSEE: Cop-gone-wild Maegan Hall has finally given the tab of her sordid romps with seven fellow officers on and off duty. In an interview, Hall provided a 61-page confession, from games of ‘strip Uno’ to foot fetish photos, on-duty oral sex, "girls-gone-wild" hot tub party, and wife-swapping sessions with police pals.
Interestingly, it was also revealed that the internal investigation which led to the firing of Hall and four other officers from the police department in La Vergne, Tennessee, was prompted by her multiple lovers becoming jealous of one another. However, it was noted that Hall and the seven officer's illicit conduct and the raft of firing resulted in the city of La Vergne, which has a population of 39,000, losing around 12 percent of its police manpower overnight.

Married Hall was interviewed three times, during which she first denied most of the accusations but over the course of two more rounds, the 26-year-old decided to come clean on her steamy liaisons with the seven officers identified as Patrol Officer Juan Lugo, Sgt Lewis Powell, Detective Seneca Shields, Sgt Ty McGowan, Patrol officers Patrick Magliocco, Gavin Schoeberl, and K-9 officer Larry Holladay.
Larry Holladay
In her first interview, Hall admitted only to having sex with K-9 officer Larry Holladay. "We had intercourse … there were a few times but it was a long time ago," she hesitantly told Andrew Patton, the police department's Head of Human Resources. Holladay was suspended without pay but managed to keep his job because he was honest with the investigators.
Sgt Lewis Powell
Initially, Hall denied "rumors" of a fling with Sgt Lewis Powell, but Patton told her, "I have confirmation … that you talked about the act, you talked about his size, what it looked like," reported Daily Mail. However, after a second and third interview, Hall admitted to having a months-long affair with Powell and performing a sexual act while on duty.

"I just gave him a blow job in the substation," Hall admitted, adding, "Me and my husband were kind of on the verge of a divorce and I just cracked and then it just kind of got out of hand."
Hall further added that Powell had threatened to kill himself when she tried to break things off, texting her to say, "You betrayed me, I thought you cared about me, no one's here but me, you really hurt me," she told Patton. Powell was fired after denying he was sexually involved with Powell. He later confessed to the allegations.
Patrol officer Patrick Magliocco
Hall was also questioned about her tryst with Patrol Officer Patrick Magliocco and his wife Amy about a "three-way". The baby-faced officer initially denied the allegations sobbingly and said, "Oh, I'm sorry. A what?" Later, Hall began by confessing about her first sexual encounter with Patrick Magliocco and said she was drunk at a "girls gone wild" hot tub party where she sang karaoke and fell down a flight of stairs before having sex with Magliocco in a bathroom of a colleague's boat.
"My bathing suit was a little loose and it fell off," she added, coyly. Hall further spoke about a cringeworthy encounter where she along with Magliocco and his wife Amy tried to coax Jedidiah, Hall's husband, a sheriff's deputy, and pastor's son. They tried to lure him into a wife-swapping session but the plan did not work out. She claimed Magliocco initiated the plan and said, "If y'all start making out, maybe Jed will get into, my husband, into the idea." And when they started making out, Jed was like "no!"
"Yeah, [inaudible] me and my husband have had a threesome before so, I, I didn't know if it was going to like, I didn't think he would have an issue with it," Hall told Patton. Magliocco escaped with a suspension after admitting to having sex with Hall on multiple occasions. He claimed he and his wife were in an open relationship with Hall.
Sgt Ty McGowan
Hall revealed that she, Sgt Ty McGowan, and his wife V also tried to rope Jedediah into a foursome but even that plan quickly faded out. "Jed came home, we started drinking. Ty wanted to try to get Jed to have a thing with all of us," she told Patton, adding, "We played strip Uno and then V went out onto the patio with Jed, me and Ty kissed for a little bit, and then that was it."
Patton further questioned her, "Do you have a foot fetish? Do you send pictures of your feet to people? Ty has a foot fetish? And so, he would ask you for pictures of your feet? Did you send pictures of your feet to Seneca?" Hall responded, "I know I did to Ty." She even admitted to sleeping with McGowan on two occasions, the first after she had just taken her psyche exam which is even before being sworn into duty. However, in the midst of the interview, Hall was unaware that McGowan was the source of the original whistleblower tip received by La Vergne Mayor Jason Cole's office.
Cunningly, McGowan only exposed his colleagues' sexcapades and not his own romps and later also denied them. Patton questioned Hall, "Do we have a jealous boyfriend kind of complex happening somewhere in the City and this is how it came to me? Like has any of these men found out 'well, I found out she's with all these other people, so, now I'm pissed?"' She responded, "I mean … yeah … I have no idea," adding, "I got stupid, I got desperate, I guess and guys are guys and they'll stick their di** in anything." McGowan was too fired for being dishonest.

Hall confessed to having sex with Lugo-Perez at a hotel after the pair met up at the Go USA Fun Park in Murfreesboro, which she referred to as "Go‐Go Fun‐Go Fun USA." The pair are reported to also have shared explicit images.

"It was typical of the sort of boozy outings her hard-partying police clique enjoyed at sports bars, Sunday Night Football parties and Top Golf," according to the transcripts received through a Freedom of Information request. Lugo-Perez was fired after admitting to having had a sexual relationship with Hall and sharing nude pictures.

Hall admitted to having a hookup with Shields on police property. She claimed the sexual act took place in the "weight room" at a police gym. "I'm sorry I don't want to keep beating a dead horse there, but there wasn't a sexual act that took place in the gym according to you … you gave him a hand job?" Patton asked her. "Yeah, it wasn't a blow job," Hall replied to the toe-curling question. Shields was fired after admitting to having oral sex with Hall on police property.
