Maegan Hall: Tennessee cops fired after alleged wild sexual conduct involving married female officer
LA VERGNE, TENNESSEE: Five cops have been terminated and another three are suspended from a Tennessee police station after getting investigated following allegations of wild sexual conduct involving a married female police officer. The female officer reportedly had alleged affairs with six male officers, which included illicit on-duty liaisons.
The terminated officers are patrol officer Maegan Hall, patrol officer Juan Lugo-Perez, Sgt. Henry Ty McGowan, and Sgt. Lewis Powell and detective Seneca Shields. The suspended officers have been identified as Patrol and K-9 Officer Larry Holladay, Patrol Officer Patrick Magliocco, and Patrol Officer Gavin Schoeberl.

According to the allegations made in the internal investigation, as per WTVF, Hall "engaged in a sexual relationship" with Magliocco, Powell, Holladay, Lugo, McGowan, and Shields, which was not reported to the leadership. She also reportedly "engaged in a similar relationship" with McGowan and Shields "while on duty and inside the city-owned property."
As per reports and internal investigations, Hall allegedly bragged about the size of one partner’s genitals and claimed to be in an “open marriage”. Her sexcapades included sending dirty pictures, taking her top off at a 'Girls Gone Wild' hot tub party, and even having oral sex with two officers. The station where these officers worked has been named La Vergne, a police station in Tennessee.
The extracurricular trysts took place at hotels and parties at other officers’ houses and on a boat, where Hall was also accused of performing oral sex on Powell and Shields while on duty at the police station and police gym, according to the December 28 internal report, New York Post reported.
The investigation followed a tip-off to La Vergne Mayor Jason Cole that mentioned Hall was sleeping with numerous other policemen. Apparently, she is also having a 'threesome thing' with Magliocco and his wife, among other allegations. Investigators started looking into the personal lives of the amorous officers.
Hall, Magliocco, and Powell are all stated as being married to other partners while Maglicocoo's wife has also been identified as per the investigation report. According to an interview with Magliocco, Powell ended his involvement with Hall to hide their sexual activity from his wife, the report mentioned.
Lugo, Powell, and Shields were also dismissed for violating police procedure and lying during the investigation, along with McGowan — who had been witnessed choking an HR employee.
After initially denying having sexual relationships with Powell and Magliocco, Hall later accepted the affair and also admitted having sex with Lugo at a motel after they met at a Go Cart center.
Under questioning, Shields said, “I have never had sex with Maegan Hall,” until admitting she had performed oral sex on him while on duty, when pressed, the inquest found, as per the report. Magliocco also said he had become concerned about Hall’s mental health and heavy drinking and driving. The officer said Hall once pulled the trigger on an empty gun pointed at her temple “so she could hear what it sounded like” and said she was suffering from mental illness.
HR Director Andrew Patton, who authored the report and conducted the investigation, sanctioned the eight officers for various penalties for “sexual activity while on duty, sexual harassment, conduct unbecoming of an officer, and lying during the course of the investigation.”
