A shocking video has emerged from the 44th Bronx precinct of the New York Police Department. A rookie woman cop did a lap dance for her superior officer. The woman cop remains unidentified, but the male officer is identified as Lt Nick McGarry. The officer is seen smiling from ear to ear as his subordinate grinds on top of him. The leaked footage caused quite an uproar and authorities have begun an investigation into it.
The incident happened at a holiday party for the employees of NYPD's 44th precinct, held at Rory Dolan's bar in Yonkers. As spectators gasped in shock, the rookie cop in a miniskirt and revealing tank top settled on the lieutenant's lap. Meanwhile, Lt. Nick McGary, who is believed to be a married man, sits back and enjoyed the lap dance, often touching her thighs or grabbing her hips.

As soon as the viral video clip started doing the rounds online, McGary was issued a transfer order and was booted to the Transit District 12. Meanwhile, the investigation is ongoing in the incident which occurred on Thursday, December 16, at a departmental pre-Christmas bash. In the video, the young female cop can be seen wearing a black cut-out tank top and a checkered black-and-white miniskirt, paired with sleek thigh-high boots. As she suddenly starts grinding her superior, someone in the crowd can be heard shouting, "Oh my God!" in utter shock.
Many party attendees or guests who frequent the joint were disgusted and horrified by the act. However, the act also drew loud cheers from a part of the crowd. While grinding her hips against the lieutenant's groin, the female cop also straddles him from the front. At one point, her skirt gets pulled up to even reveal her underwear as she holds McGarry's neck in a seductive pose. Later, someone jokingly hands her a wad of cash, for perfectly putting together a stripper act. McGarry stands up and hugs the subordinate after the raunchy lap dance session. In another video, the woman can be seen on the dance floor and grinding another patron who was bent over.
According to an insider source in the police, "(McGarry) knows he f***ed up. Messing with your subordinate is a no-no on the job. [The rookie cop] doesn’t know any better because she just came on the job. I can’t even tell you how many times they tell incoming supervisors that. It sets a bad precedent."
A bar customer named Elias also reacted to the incident saying. "To be honest with you, at a family restaurant, that shouldn’t be happening." Another customer added that the episode was 'Crazy' but that is the spirit of fun at Christmas. A waitress at the bar let out a loud 'Ewww' at the sight of the lap dance.
