LOS ANGELES, CALIFORNIA: During Season 6 of Love Island USA, Leah Kateb and Rob Rausch initially paired up and seemed like a strong couple. However, their relationship faced challenges, especially as Rob’s attention wandered to new arrivals in the villa. Leah eventually formed a lasting connection with Miguel Harichi, leading to the couple securing second spot in the finale.

Despite the shift in relationships, some fans continued to hope for a rekindling of the romance between Rob and Leah. These fans often expressed their wishes on social media, creating a buzz around the idea of the two getting back together. Miguel Harichi, who formed a strong bond with Leah, was vocal about his feelings toward the persistent Rob-Leah shippers.

In a recent podcast 'So Bad It's Good' with Ryan Bailey, Miguel addressed the ongoing speculation and compared the idea of Rob and Leah’s relationship to a “sunken ship.”

"Well. I'm the one of Lea right now," Miguel said confidently in the podcast. "You can say Robin, Lea or you won't but that's history right there. You know what I'm saying? There's no point in bringing up the past and trying to Fix it into the present. It don't work like that. You know what I'm saying? Things progress," he added. 


Taking a jibe at people still hoping to see Rob and Leah together, Miguel said, "And yeah, people are going to ship who they want to ship. You know, some ships sink. Mine is currently staying afloat."

Leah Kateb and Miguel Harichi’s relationship is definitely getting blossomed after Season 6 of 'Love Island USA'. After initially coupling up with other contestants, Leah and Miguel found each other midway through the season. Their connection quickly grew strong, leading them to finish in second place together.

Since leaving the villa, Leah and Miguel have focused on maintaining their relationship despite living in different countries. Miguel resides in the United Kingdom, while Leah is based in California. Despite the distance, they are committed to making their relationship work.

Miguel expressed his dedication to Leah in an interview with 'Us Weekly', sharing their future plans. “I definitely want to see how far this goes and whatever happens... I don't want to lose what me and her have created,” Miguel said.

The couple plans to spend time together in Los Angeles. Miguel added, “She's definitely someone that I'll hold dear for, I think, the rest of my life. We have made little plans — she wants to introduce me to her animals at her farm, which is what I'm looking forward to the most.”

‘Love Island USA’ star Miguel Harichi reveals future plans with Leah Kateb

Miguel Harichi opened up about his future plans with Leah Kateb after their time on 'Love Island USA'. He expressed his excitement about continuing their relationship outside the villa. Miguel also mentioned that they are planning a trip to Disney World with several of their fellow Islanders, including Kordell, Serena, Aaron, and Kaylor.

He also shared that Leah has a list of restaurants in Los Angeles that she wants to introduce him to. Miguel joked about how Leah would be showing him around, but he would be the one taking her out to these places.

“We are talking about going to Disney World with the troop — me, Kordell, Serena, Leah, Aaron, Kaylor, everybody,” he continued. “She’s got some restaurants she wants to show me too, I’m gonna say ‘take me to,’ because I’ll be taking her, but she’s introducing me to the restaurant, you know what I’m saying? I’m definitely gonna be going straight to L.A. after this, just spending time with her, seeing her side of L.A. and enjoying each day at a time.”
