The villa heated up during the highly anticipated heart race challenge in the latest episode. Disguised as a hot nurse, Leah checked her fellow islanders' temperatures. However, she claimed about Rob, "I think he still has the hots for me." Leah and Rob have experienced several ups and downs, yet they still seem to be attracted to each other.
However, Rob previously claimed after their dramatic split, "I did care about you and I still do care about you, and I liked you a lot, too, like, I really, really did and that's why it was really tough." Although they have been paired with Miguel Harichi and Daniela Rivera, they have sparked reconciliation speculations several times.

Leah then broke down in tears claiming she wasn't proud of how she acted but wasn't sure if that meant anything to Rob.

'Love Island USA' Season 6 islander Rob Rausch still hasn't gotten over his former connection with Andrea Carmona and has claimed that Leah Kateb plotted Andrea's elimination. Recently, Rob slammed Leah, calling her a "liar" in front of the other islanders and accusing her of being manipulative.
He said about Leah, "Deny, deny, deny, lie, lie, lie," frustratingly adding, "She’s so manipulative." Meanwhile, Leah insisted that she took a 'backseat' during Andrea's elimination but Liv Walker and Kaylor Martin blasted her and claimed that she also voted against the alum.
