'Love Island USA' Season 6 star Connor Newsum was recently eliminated from Fiji Villa

MAMANUCA ISLANDS, FIJI: 'Love Island USA' Season 6 islander Connor Newsum was eliminated during the latest recoupling ceremony and the viewers call the eviction his 'karma'. Connor was initially coupled up with JaNa Craig but he ditched the islander as soon Leah Kateb split with Rob Rausch.

He claimed he always wanted to know Leah but couldn't because of her connection with Rob. However, Leah recently revealed that she didn't feel the romantic spark with Connor and ditched him for Miguel Harichi. However, Connor delivered an emotional goodbye speech and said, "I didn't find what I came here for, but I did find an amazing absolutely incredible group of humans who've just become an absolute family to me."

Connor also shared that he would continue his quest for love and have no doubt that he would find the right girl for him. While Connor's fellow islanders were in tears, the Peacock dating show viewers celebrated his elimination. A social media user wrote, "THIS IS SO UNSERIOUS 😭😭😭 Connor this is your karma for doing my girl JaNa so dirty💋."

'Love Island USA' Season 6 islander Connor Newsum coupled up with Leah Ketab without having second thoughts about his former connection, JaNa Craig. While announcing his choice, he claimed it wasn't a difficult decision. However, JaNa was left devastated but she recently got the opportunity to shade Connor.

During the latest recoupling ceremony, JaNa used Connor's speech and said, "This wasn't a difficult decision because he came in here giving me all of the energy that I've been waiting for and wanting." She decoupled with Kenny Rodriguez and called him, "very handsome and wise" adding, "he brings really good vibe to the villa, and his eye contact go crazy."

Connor Newsum and Rob Rausch get crazy for the same girl on 'Love Island USA'

'Love Island USA' Season 6 islanders Connor Newsum and Rob Rausch formed a strong friendship but they often eye on the same girl. Both islanders liked Leah Kateb, Andrea Carmona, and the new bombshell Cassidy Laudano. The trio of women explored connection with both the islanders but ultimately chose Rob over Connor.

Rob reflected on the drama and noted after Connor's elimination, "Connor and I are cursed with liking the same women. It really really sucked knowing that me staying meant him leaving." He elaborated, "I genuinely can say that I feel extremely lucky to have come back just for meeting him, because I do think we'll be friends for a really, really long time."
