CHARLOTTE, NORTH CAROLINA: 'Love is Blind' Season 6 contestant Drake Carmody is a video creator and producer. The 32-year-old usually behind the camera, but he will be stepping onto the other side for the first time in Netflix's reality show.

Drake majored in banking and finance from the University of Mississippi. He began his career at a student-run radio station at the university and later went on to work full-time as a video producer. His later dabbled in dynamic fields of video production and digital marketing. 

Drake now works at senior position for the Demo Video Production department at Pegasystems. Drake describes himself as a "highly innovative video producer/director who has built a strong track record of success creating video assets that drive sales and marketing for businesses across multiple sectors, with a focus on tech companies."

Drake also has his own website, Drake M Carmody, providing clients with services such as video production, animation, voiceovers, scriptwriting, concept generation and storytelling.

Outside of work, Drake is passionate about water sports, engaging in activities like rafting and kayaking. His social media often features pictures of him either on a boat or exploring life on the water. Drake has a list of qualities for his ideal partner, and someone who appreciates his creativity tops the list.

What is 'Love is Blind' Season 6 star Drake Carmody's ideal partner?

Drake is entering 'Love is Blind' Season 6 with an open heart and mind. He seeks someone who believes that "every day has the potential to be the best day ever."

Given the creative nature of Drake's work life, he desires a partner who will "appreciate and accept creativity." He says in his Netflix bio, "I’m looking for someone who’s not just going through the motions, but wants to build something very special together." 

Having dedicated time to building his career, Drake has worked on himself and is now ready to invest in a relationship. He says, "I’m ready to find love now because I love myself." Drake identifies "flaking on plans and constantly rescheduling" as a red flag and values a person who respects time.

Drake is excited to be a part of 'Love is Blind' Season 6. He teases the fans in one of his posts saying, "Unreal! I’m part of the 'Love is Blind' Season 6 cast. I can’t wait for you to watch to see if I found a real connection when 'Love is Blind' premieres this Valentine’s Day."

Drake doesnt feature in 'Love is Blind' Season 6's Trailer Part 2. This leads to the speculation that he might not have succeeded beyond the pod dates. Let us further wait for the release of the new season to see how Drake's fate unfolds.
