Hallmark's 'Love In The Limelight' stars the real-life husband and wife, Alexa PenaVega and Carlos PenaVega, who were last seen starring together in Paramount's 'Mighty Oak' in 2020. The movie is a reel representation of the real-life love story of Willie Aames and his wife Winnie Hung, the writers of the film. Ron Oliver's last directorial film was 'The Housewives of the North Pole' starring Kyle Richards, known for her Television show 'Real Housewives of Beverly Hills' and Betsy Brandt, also known for her role 'Marie Schrader' in one of the most-watched show 'Breaking Bad'.
'Love in the Limelight' revolves around Nick (Carlos) and Summer (Alexa) who were pen pals for years but they somehow fall in love and now Summer is reluctant to go public as Nick is a boy band singer and comes to town for a comeback concert.
