Attorney Lin Wood raised eyebrows on social media after making claims that he saw former President Donald Trump "hanging out and working" in the Oval Office this week and that current President Joe Biden is dead.

Taking to encrypted messaging app Telegram, where Wood has more than 800,000 followers, the right-wing firebrand shared a series of posts and photos claiming he went looking for Biden at the White House. He dubbed the president "Joey 'Bribes' Bandito," Newsweek reported.

"Wow. I thought I might find Joey in the China room making an illegal deal for himself. But nope. No Joey," Wood wrote on Wednesday. April 28. "Got a bit lonely waiting in this room for Joey so my Executive Assistant stopped by to keep me company. Still no Joey in the house," he continued. "My incredibly efficient Executive Assistant agreed to wait here in case Joey shows. I left to search other areas of the house for him.

"Not sure if I can find Joey in the house so I thought I would check outside," Wood added, sharing photos of the White House gardens.

But just half an hour into his tall tale, Wood shared an old picture of himself and Trump in the Oval Office and suggested it was from the present day and that Trump was still POTUS. "I was right. No Joey in the Oval Office. But I did run into our President of the United States. President Trump is hanging out and working in the office in which we re-elected him to serve in a historic landslide victory on November 3, 2020," Wood wrote.

He also shared a post from another Telegram account called GhostEzra, which has more than 313,000 followers. The page is reportedly known to share extreme conspiracy theories, including claiming that Biden is dead and that he has been replaced by a body double or an actor wearing a face mask.

"I was going to swing by Castle Rock Studio to search for Joey but GhostEzra suggested I head to this location. Is Ghost trying to tell me something???" Wood claimed, before sharing a photo of a graveyard that GhostEzra had allegedly send him.

Critics on social media mocked the controversial attorney and called him a "danger to himself and society." "Secret Service should conduct a very public visit about his claim to sneaking into the White House today," one tweeted. "So they not only let him in the White House, but he can just wander room to room? Sounds plausible," another added.

"Dear Lin Wood’s family - please sign the papers and have him committed! He’s a danger to himself and society," a third chimed in.

Lin Wood is a known advocate of the QAnon conspiracy movement, which believes Trump is a messiah who will return as president and continue to wage wars against a global cabal of Satanic pedophiles and the "deep state."
