The first season of 'Lego Masters' has come to an end. Tyler and Amy Clites were crowned winners, much to the bubbling fury of many fans, who claimed that Mark Cruickshank and Boone Langston were more deserving of the title. The finale saw three teams pitted against each other: Tyler-Amy, Mark-Boone and Sam Hatmaker-Jessica Ragzy Ewud. In this episode, the teams had to craft something of their choice within 24 hours. While Tyler and Amy built a Griffin guarding its child, Mark and Boone built Artopia and Sam and Jessica crafted a quirky story of a peacock and a monkey.

Sam and Jessica made it to the third place. The duo have had quite a journey as they started off on the wrong foot, fighting with each other and ending up in the bottom two several times.

Yet, their lego-building skills along with their teamwork grew exponentially, to the extent that they defeated Tyler and Amy in the previous episode. The duo developed an emotional rapport over the course of the season. Whenever Sam was filled with self-doubt, Jessica would give him a pep-talk. In the last few moments of the finale, Sam gave Jessica a heartwarming speech on how she has always been there for him and that she always believed in him.

Even though their chances of winning had always been shaky, many fans were teary-eyed at their friendship and the growth of the team since the beginning.

"Sam and Jessica are just adorable. That's it — they're just adorable. Oh — and skilled LEGO artists," a fan tweeted.

"Good for Sam and Jessica. I didn’t think they would make it this far. #LEGOMastersFOX," wrote a fan. "I really thought Sam & Jessica would pull it off. They grew so much as a team," another fan tweeted.

"Sam and Jessica came A LONG way," a fan wrote. "SAM AND JESSICA!! 3rd place but for me #1! The growth and that peacock was such a showstopper for me!" another fan tweeted.

"Sam and Jessica are *heart*," a fan tweeted. "Sam saying Jessica helped him believe in himself *tears*," tweeted a fan. "Jessica giving Sam another pep talk. She’s a good friend!" wrote a fan.

One fan called their build the 'most memorable' out of all the builds. "Sam and Jessica’s peacock has so much personality and detail. The feathers on the peacock were so intricate and detailed. It truly was a unique piece. They played it to their artistic strengths and it showed. It’s the most memorable out of the final 3 builds," tweeted a fan.

In all probability, 'Lego Masters' will return for a Season 2.
