Lawyer caught having sex live on camera while he was defending gang member in court
A lawyer allegedly did the unthinkable while being live during a Zoom court hearing. Héctor Cipriano Paredes Robles from Peru was participating in a virtual hearing of a case that involved a feared local gang, Los Z de Chanchamayo, when he allegedly went randy. The Sun reported that the footage of the hearing showed Robles stripping naked and sitting on a chair so a naked brunette could straddle him. The accused’s raunchy act was seen live by court officials and other lawyers, which left them shocked.
Judge John Chahua Torres, who called police after the alleged episode, labeled Robles a disgrace to his profession. Reports said that the incident happened late in January during a virtual remand hearing. It has been said that the lawyer in question was defending one of the members of Los Z de Chanchamayo gang. As the alleged sex act was caught on camera, the judge said, “We are witnessing obscene acts which represent a violation of public decency and are aggravated by the fact they are being recorded nationally." When a female staffer confirmed that “It’s Hector Paredes Robles’ camera.” Judge Torres added, “I instruct the State Prosecution Service to launch an immediate investigation.”

After the incident, Robles was banned from the ongoing land trafficking, fraud, and extortion case. It was also said that he would face two separate probes, one by state prosecutors and another by his local bar association. The identity of the woman with whom the lawyer had sex is yet to be determined. A statement was issued after the court hearing was suspended in which the judge said, “Hector Paredes Robles has been fully identified as the lawyer who has disrespected the dignity of this court as well as the other lawyers present and the legal profession as a whole.”
Another statement from a regional High Court statement was also issued that stated, “We condemn the actions of the lawyer Hector Paredes Robles who during a virtual remand hearing committed obscene acts which violated public decency. The judge in charge of the hearing excluded the lawyer from the defense representatives and ordered a duty lawyer to replace him. He also ruled that Peru’s Public Ministry and the local bar association should be informed so they can take appropriate action."

At that moment she sat with me and I kissed her on the breast without realizing that the connection had returned. It was a moment of intimacy with my partner that leaked. It was serious, really, I take charge and I am very ashamed. I am very distressed by what is happening,” Ameri added.
