'La Révolution': Release date, plot, cast, trailer and all you need to know about Netflix's 'reimagined history' of the French Revolution
Netflix has upped its game when it comes to international releases and this late October, yet another series will be added to its repertoire. 'La Révolution' follows the French Revolution where Joseph Guillotin finds out about a virus that spreads among the noble leading them to kill the commoners. Here is what we know of the upcoming series.

Plot
The official plot from Netflix reads, "In a reimagined history, a mysterious disease besets 18th century France, culminating in a brutal clash between rebels and the aristocracy." The French-language drama is set in 1787 and will follow the future inventor of the guillotine as he uncovers a disease – named Blue Blood – that drives the aristocracy to murder commoners.
