BBC America just released a new promotional clip for the upcoming Season 3 of 'Killing Eve' and as usual fans are going crazy. What's new is that this time, the teaser shows a bruised and battered Eve, disheveled, at the MI5 headquarters, claiming she doesn't 'want to talk about it'. The 'it' refers the wounds and injuries, which make her look fresh out of a mild fight club for amateurs. While concerned fans are pouring in with questions about who hurt her, there's also a section of the fandom that can't help laughing at the misery of it. These fans think it's 'hilarious' because Eve is 'so masochistic' that she probably enjoyed it, provided it was Villanelle, of course.

With the premiere just two days away, excitement is at a high with fans typing aggressively in all caps as they respond and react in the comments sections. So when the biggest mystery surrounding this season has already been busted — that is Sandra Oh's titular Eve Polastri is alive and well — what's left to be discovered is how the character's Russian assassin target Villanelle is going to sneak her way back into Eve's life to make it a living nightmare once again.

Previous promo teasers show Villanelle talk about how terrible a break she underwent and how glad she is that her ex is now dead so it's no secret that the animosity still reigns over all those passionate feelings of love and lust she has harbored for the MI6 agent since Season 1. But with things having gone sour, it's no wonder that when Villanelle finds out Eve is still alive and inevitably comes back to her life, she will be back with a whole lot of fiery vengeance.

That is probably what made fans react with such concern when the promo teased a bruised Eve. "Who hurt her. i just wanna talk," responded a fan in the comments section, while another went the ironic caps lock way and simply wHAT HaPpENed TO HER!!!!!!" Quipping their way through guessing who was the one behind those bruises on Eve's face, a fan replied: "She and Villanelle just had a little chat.. with fists," while another suggested a more diplomatic way out of the predicament Eve and Villanelle have landed in, suggesting: "Now, now ladies.. no need to fight. Use your words."

For other fans however the course of events is too funny. "Eve is hilarious lol!," shared a fan, adding: "'I don’t want to talk about it'... why? Cuz you got your a** whipped by the person (V) who’s attracted to you? like, what was she expecting? Wake up Eve!"

And then there were those fans who thought Eve's inherent masochism and taste for pain probably urged her to dive into this headfirst. "This is Eve we are talking about," responded the fan, in a matter-of-fact tone, adding: "She is so masochistic she probably likes it." Well, only to more days to go and we shall find out!

'Killing Eve' Season 3 will premiere on Sunday, April 13, at 9 pm on AMC.
