'So pissed off': Kid Rock cancels North Dakota show citing bad weather, furious audience trashes venue
Kid Rock got on the wrong side of the Internet after he was brutally slammed for canceling his North Dakota show over the weekend. The renowned singer kept his fans waiting for too long that ultimately pissed them. Beer cans were tossed as the crowd gradually trashed the venue, leaving it in a mess.
The 51-year-old crooner apparently canceled his set at The North Dakota State Fair due to a storm brewing on the outskirts of the town. The 18K strong audience present at the venue was not pleased with Rock’s absence. Rock later took to Twitter citing he was very pissed over canceling the show. However, social media users were in no mood to take this as an excuse.

Why did Kid Rock cancel the show?
TMZ got hold of the exclusive footage where the crowd at the venue can be seen trashing the place. According to the publication, Rock was supposed to land on stage around 9:30 pm following a two-and-a-half-hour performance by his opening act Night Ranger. However, by 11 pm, an officer from the Ward County Sheriff's Department walked up to the stage and announced that the concert was canceled. TMZ reported that a guy was taken away by security after he climbed onto the stage and took a threatening stance. Another person was handcuffed and taken away by the cops.
The North Dakota State Fair later revealed on their Facebook page that the show was canceled due to “safety concerns of the high winds, lightning, and severe weather in the area” while offering the concert goers refunds. Kid Rock too later took to Twitter to address the matter saying, “SO PISSED OFF we could not play for a sold-out crowd tonight in Minot, ND (because of high winds) - I know it sucks but none of us can control mother nature. Please be safe leaving and take care of each other.”

A majority of agitated social media users rushed to Twitter to slam Kid Rock for canceling the concert. “Kid Rock was forced to cancel a concert in NO DAKOTA due to a Tornado warning. Thousands of fans got upset and trashed the venue. A man ran on stage to fight, had to be stopped by security. Sounds like a Trump/KKK rally,” said one user
“Sure it was a piss off that Kid Rock’s show was canceled, it was more embarrassing watching the drunks lose their f**in marbles on how it played out. No performer doesn’t want to not play. Refunds will be issued and money was lost by the fair for the decision made to cancel,” another user chimed in.
