While each team is toughing it out to win this season, the final decision of who comes out on top will be made by 'Flip and Flop Atlanta' hosts, Ken and Anita Corsini and Season 1 winner Jasmine Roth. So, who are Ken and Anita Corsini? Here's a look at the duo that is revamping Atlanta, one home at a time.
The pair met in college
The couple met while studying at the University of Georgia, where Ken was obtaining his Business degree in Risk Management, while Anita was focusing on her Bachelor's Science degree in Mathematics. The pair met through Ken's roommate, who was a mutual friend. Anita was in a study group as said roommate during her junior year and she'd often call to talk to them — Ken, in turn, used this as a chance to talk to her.
“When Anita would call our apartment to talk to my roommate, I was diligent in making sure I picked up the phone first, so I could get a few minutes of ‘phone flirting’ in before passing the phone over to my roommate,” he said, in an article by HGTV. On their first date, the couple went strawberry picking. Anita made him a strawberry shortcake later that night and the rest is history!
They had vastly different careers before they began flipping houses
Anita went on to earn her Master's in Math education and was a high school math teacher before she began flipping homes. Ken too, spent a considerable amount of time in the corporate world. Ken began his own real estate business shortly after and two years later, went on to get his Master's degree in Building Construction from Georgia Tech.
Anita decided to get her real estate license to help him and eventually joined the business, proving that they work well together. The couple eventually landed 'Flip or Flop Atlanta' in 2017, making them a household name in the world of reality TV.
The couple's net worth
Having been in the real estate biz for quite a while and seeing that they also run a podcast, Deal Farm, which, as per their websites hopes to 'educate, inform and provide opportunities to aspiring real estate investors, the couple has a pretty massive net worth, clocking in around $12 million, as reported by Reality Star Facts.
