'Katy Keene' Episode 3: The fashionista has joined the 'broken hearts club' and fans are not happy about it
Spoiler alert for 'Katy Keene' Season 1 Episode 3
In this episode titled 'Chapter Three: What Becomes of the Broken Hearted' saw the fan-favorite duo Katy Keene (Lucy Hale) and KO Kelly (Zane Holtz) go through some trials and tribulations.
While the first two episodes saw a few bumps in their relationship, this episode took a deeper dive towards the obvious fissures in their relationship. While the episode saw the slow demise of Katy's and KO's bond, Jorge Lopez (Jonny Beauchamp) aka Ginger, when in drag, also suffers a broken heart.
Fans were saddened by this episode. While it was expected to bring the dreams of The Big Apple to life, it also highlighted the struggles of a foursome trying to make their wish-upon-a-star dreams come true. "I hated this episode everyone keeps breaking up #KatyKeene," tweeted a fan.
We were especially saddened because the comic favorite couple saw their end and it's only the 3rd episode.
"@lucyhale that Katy and KO scene was so heartbreaking I was crying throughout the rest of the episode #KatyKeene," tweeted a sad fan. Fans also turned it on Pepper Smiths' (Julia Chan) most appropriate line, "'Tequila shots for the broken hearts club and keep em coming.' Pepper #KatyKeene@CWKatyKeene,'" tweeted a fan, and we agree by the way.
"#KatyKeene 1x03 review Katy and KO break up! Josie mentions Archie. I don’t feel any chemistry between Josie and Alexander. Gloria and Amanda are both bland characters. I’m engaged in Jorge or Pepper’s story," tweeted a fan with the gist of the episode that you need to know.
It seems as though everything is going downhill for the couple, and we only had the duo for three episodes. Is the Prince Eroll (Saamer Usmani) from the previous episode still a viable option for Katy? Because we are here for that.
