Kanye West’s Hitler praise has Internet trolling Candace Owens over resurfaced Parler post defending rapper

Candace Owens previously stated that anyone correlating Kanye West to Adolf Hitler should not be taken seriously as a politician or journalist

STAMFORD, CONNECTICUT: Candace Owens is trolled on social media as Kanye West stated, “There’s a lot of things that I love about Hitler. A lot of things," in 'Infowars' podcast with Alex Jones. In the podcast, Kanye also added, "They did good things too. We gotta stop dissing the Nazis all the time. I love Jewish people, but I also love Nazis.” He then explained, "I see good things about Hitler… Every human being has something of value that they brought to the table, especially Hitler."

The conservative commentator, Candace Owens, had previously claimed on Parler, "Anybody correlating Ye to Adolf Hitler should no longer be taken seriously as a commentator, politician, or journalist anymore. Just an absolute joke." The Internet trolled Owens for defending the rapper after his recent controversy, missing no opportunity to poke fun at her.

Owens supported Kanye when he faced backlash over his antisemitic comments. The rapper initially landed into controversies after wearing a t-shirt with the tagline, 'White Lives Matter' along with Owens, reported The Guardian. According to STL Jewish Light, Owens has previously stated in her show backing the rapper, "If you are an honest person, you did not think this tweet was antisemitic; it's like you cannot even say the word 'Jewish' without people getting upset." Meanwhile, Kanye also became friends with George Farmer, CEO of Parler, who is Owens's husband. Through this relationship, Kanye agreed to become the owner of Parler, which is a right-wing platform.

Meanwhile, previously she has also claimed, "If Hitler just wanted to make Germany great and have things run well, OK, fine. The problem is that he wanted, he had dreams outside of Germany. He wanted to globalize. He wanted everybody to be German, everybody to be speaking German. Everybody to look a different way. To me, that’s not nationalism. In thinking about how we could go bad down the line, I don’t really have an issue with nationalism. I really don’t," reported Forward.

'Candace Owens is not credible'

The Internet quickly reacted to Owens's earlier statement after Kanye's recent remark on Hitler. A user said, "She's going to find some way to spin it as they always do." Another said, "Candace Owns is not credible. Why would it be worth mentioning that she was wrong? She's *always* wrong." Another user claimed, "Yes. And then turned around and trashed the very organization that stood by her and helped her secure a settlement from her high school where she said she was discriminated against, only later to say she had never experienced racial discrimination while growing up. Living a lie." 

A tweet read, "And she thinks she can preach regarding Kim and Balenciaga.. it’s gross she is such a double standard." A user stated, "Yeah, I hope she is busy crafting a statement to condemn his statements." Another user explained, "The fact that Candace Owens thinks Ye is a genius tells you everything you need to know about her level of discernment and intellect." One of the tweets read, "Anyone that believes one word Candace says, is a Joke. I knew of her before many people knew her once she tucked her gifting butt under Trump. She wants MONEY period! She started when she was in high school suing people. Just research her."
