Team Blake's Bryce Leatherwood crowned winner of 'The Voice' 2022, upset fans say 'what a joke'

LOS ANGELES, CALIFORNIA: Season 22 of 'The Voice' concluded with Team Blake's Bryce Leatherwood being crowned the winner of Season 22. While Bryce's victory gave OG coach Blake Shelton his ninth win on the NBC singing competition show, fans were however far from pleased with the outcome.

After Team Legend's Omar Cardona failed to secure a spot amongst the Top 3, and talented artists like Team Camila's Morgan Myles and Team Blake's Bodie lose out to Bryce, fans were left angry and disappointed. Several fans took to Twitter to express their displeasure over Bryce's win, who they felt was a below-average country singer.

A fan tweeted, "What a joke!#TheVoice." "How is it even possible that Bryce wins over Omar, Bodie, and Morgan? This is the worst finale I’ve seen in a LONG time #TheVoice," wrote a fan. "Bryce Leatherwood winning #TheVoice is the biggest joke ever like ain’t no way America sat there and said he has the best voice LMAOOOO anyways this sh*ts rigged and this was the stupidest season ever," declared a fan. "Bryce?? Wtf is wrong with you America?! Morgan, Bodie or Omar should have won. What a JOKE. #TheVoice," commented a fan.

Another fan shared, "Just go ahead and call it The Country Voice because that genre is all that matters. Omar wasn’t even in the top three. He was robbed. @TheVoice #TheVoice." "I voted for Omar and Morgan. So disappointed that Bryce won. I wouldn't have been surprised by Bodie or even Morgan winning, but Bryce?? Really??@johnlegend #TheVoice," echoed a fan. Some fans however managed to see a silver lining to Bryce's win. A fan pointed out, "Good thing about Bryce winning… we’ll never hear from him again #TheVoice." "In 5 years, Bodie will be big ... I mean BIG. Omar & Morgan will be killing it somewhere and @kimCruse will be one of the hottest recording properties out there. And folks will be saying "Bryce who?" #TheVoice," predicted a fan.
