John Fetterman called national embarrassment after 'grabbing the hog' jibe at Lauren Boebert
BRADDOCK, PENNSYLVANIA: Democratic Senator John Fetterman has been facing people’s wrath online after taking a jibe at Republican Rep Lauren Boebert amid her vaping and fondling scandal.
The 36-year-old Colorado Congresswoman was attending ‘Beetlejuice: The Musical’ with her ex-boyfriend Quinn Gallagher on September 10 when she was booted out of the Temple Hoyne Bell Theater due to her unruly behavior.
In security footage from the theater, Boebert, who became a grandmother earlier this year aged 36, was seen being escorted out of the musical for allegedly vaping, using flash photography, and fondling her date during the family-friendly show.

While being booted out of the theater, the conservative firebrand allegedly gave the finger to security guards and said stuff like 'Do you know who I am,' 'I am on the board,' 'I will be contacting the mayor,’ according to an incident report.
Boebert’s behavior has drawn bipartisan backlash, with critics arguing that her actions were not appropriate for a sitting member of Congress.
What did John Fetterman say about Lauren Boebert?
On Tuesday, September 19, the 54-year-old Fetterman took to his Twitter handle to mock Boebert’s unruly behavior, saying, “I figure if I take up vaping and grabbing the hog during a live musical, they’ll make me a folk hero.”
The Pennsylvania senator’s jibe at Boebert came in response to a Fox News report that blamed his fashion choices for degrading the Senate's dress code.

"Lawmaker known for donning gym shorts and hoodies blasted over Senate dress code change," said the report which featured a picture of Fetterman wearing a red hoodie under his blue coat.
"DRESS TO IMPRESS?: People are furious after the Senate dropped its dress code requirement - and they're saying there is only one lawmaker to blame. Why the bar is being 'lowered,'" the report said on Twitter.
Boebert has also been critical of Fetterman's outfit choices in the past. In a May 19 post, she wrote, "John Fetterman redefined Casual Friday on a Thursday morning. It's truly unbecoming for someone to show up like that to any job, let alone a job that only 100 people are elected to do. There's just no excuse for it."
John Fetterman faced backlash for taking a jibe at Lauren Boebert
Fetterman’s jibe at Boebert has garnered immense social media attention, with netizens slamming him for using inappropriate phrases.
“National embarrassment,” one user said in the comment section of his post. “You are disrespectful and show contempt for your job. Put on a damn suit,” another one wrote.
“An active senator posted a tweet that includes the phrase “grabbing the hog” what a time to be alive,” a third user fumed while the fourth one said, “Now that you’ve ruined standards of dress for the elected, not the staffers, you’ve moved on to lowering the standards of discourse.”
“Way to show true moral character in the face of other true moral character. Yep, we have fantastically moral governance,” one more said.
