Trump says Biden is coming out of the basement, Internet retorts 'your fear sweat is showing Mr President'

In a series of tweets on August 30, Trump blasted the Democratic presidential candidate saying he's making an appearance because his poll numbers are plunging

President Donald Trump once again blasted former vice president Joe Biden in a series of tweets on August 30, saying that the Democratic presidential candidate is only making a public appearance because he has to, after which he will go "back to his basement for an extended period".

"Joe Biden is coming out of the basement earlier than his hoped-for ten days because his people told him he has no choice, his poll numbers are PLUNGING! Going to Pittsburgh, where I have helped the industry to a record last year, & then back to his basement for an extended period," Trump wrote. He added another tweet saying, "His problem is interesting. He must always be weak on CRIME because of the Bernie Sanders Radical Left voter. If he loses them as Crooked Hillary did, he is 'toast', and many will vote for me because of TRADE (Bernie was good on trade). Joe MUST always be weak on crime!" 

He further slammed Biden by saying, "When is Slow Joe Biden going to criticize the Anarchists, Thugs & Agitators in ANTIFA? When is he going to suggest bringing up the National Guard in BADLY RUN & Crime Infested Democrat Cities & States? Remember, he can’t lose the Crazy Bernie Super Liberal vote!"

The series of tweets came after Biden announced that he will campaign in the battleground state of Pennsylvania on August 31, 2020, which will be his first major campaign address following this month's Democratic National Convention (DNC). This will mark a return to the campaign trail.

"On Monday, August 31, Joe Biden will travel to southwestern Pennsylvania to layout a core question voters face in this election: are you safe in Donald Trump's America?" the press release states. "COVID runs unchecked throughout the country, killing thousands of Americans a week and turning our economy upside down. Parents around the country are struggling to send their kids to school safely. And Donald Trump continues to fan the flames of division and encourage chaos in our cities, rather than trying to calm tensions and heal this country," it continued, referring to the ongoing coronavirus pandemic. "On Monday, Joe Biden will offer a different vision for a better future in Joe Biden's America."

Matt Hill, the Biden campaign’s deputy national press secretary, tweeted: "Monday: @JoeBiden will travel to southwestern Pennsylvania to lay out a core question voters face in this election: are you safe in Donald Trump's America? As Trump fan the flames of division, Biden will offer a different vision for a better future in Joe Biden's America."

As soon as Trump started unleashing his fury on Biden, Internet started reacting to it. As one user commented on Trump's post saying, "Your fear sweat is showing Mr. President." Some accused him of being a "failed" president: "All of the chaos, ##TrumpRiots, COVID-19 deaths, unemployment, and evictions are happening on YOUR watch, Spanky. You cowered in your bunker when America needed a leader. YOU FAILED."

Some even said, "Bro you are so rattled right now. it's all coming apart at seams, you're in way over your head and nothing in your bag of tricks works any more. hashtag sad." Another one questioned, "ANYONE.... ANYONE PLEASE..... Please explain to us mere European mortals how anyone can (still) support this man after watching this and the overall mess he is making? What is the appeal? Who are the people who support him? We want to understand...we really do." 

As Trump questioned in his tweet, "When is Slow Joe Biden going to criticize the Anarchists, Thugs & Agitators in ANTIFA?", people replied to it saying, "When are you going to criticize the MAGA's murdering people in the streets?" and "Slow Joe is out riding bikes and doing burnouts in his muscle car while you can’t even walk down a ramp...."

And in no time, Trump supporters came to back POTUS and questioned about the August 30 incident where a Trump supporter was shot dead, as one user commented, "Kamala Harris just days ago, with a smirk on her face, excitedly said that unrest on our streets wouldn’t end and warned we should 'beware'. Within days of that statement a Trump voter was murdered in cold blood on the streets of Portland for the thoughtcrime of Trump support." Replying to which another Internet user speculated saying, "That’s a false flag. Trump had that supporter killed so that he could make it look bad for the protestors. It’s all a plot between him and Russia. I read about it on the internet."

Some even called Trump the deadliest president in the history of the USA, saying, "@realDonaldTrump is the DEADLIEST President in American History We will NEVER get COVID-19 under control in the USA until we VOTE OUT @realDonaldTrump in 65 Days Our LIVES, Our DEMOCRACY & Our FREEDOM Depend on YOUR VOTE!! 65 Days till We The People make America UNITED Again."
