Jessica Biel wants Justin Timberlake to be a stay-at-home dad to earn back her trust following PDA scandal
Justin Timberlake has more to do than just offer a public apology to earn back wife Jessica Biel's complete trust, sources have revealed; one of the approaches being spending more time being a stay-at-home dad.
Informants told Radar Online that the 37-year-old actress is requesting her former boyband member husband, 38, to spend more time with their son Silas after last November's PDA scandal with his co-star Alisha Wainwright, 30.
“The days of Justin taking two-week golf trips with his buddies to Hawaii and Florida are officially over, and that’s not going to change anytime soon,” an informant shared with the outlet exclusively.
“The real problem here is that before this whole scandal happened, Justin was spending a lot of time on the road while Jessica was stranded in Beverly Hills, responsible for their kid, for keeping up the house,” they added, also spilling that the reason behind Timberlake's frequent getaways is for the "breadwinner" to "recharge".
"She (Biel) just had to go along with Justin, who makes ten or even a hundred times as much money as her, being the breadwinner who needs regular vacations to recharge his batteries," the source told Radar.
Those days are gone for sure, as Biel is seemingly putting her foot down and demanding some much-needed change in home dynamics, as per the informants.
“It’s an entirely new reality now, and if Justin absolutely has to go on the road for any reason, even for a movie shoot, he’s going to have to figure out how to bring the whole family,” said the informant. “Jessica allowed Justin to come and go as he pleased for years but those days are absolutely over and for the sake of Silas, it’s time for Justin to become a stay-at-home dad!”
In November last year, Timberlake was spotted stroking Wainwright‘s knee on a drunken night out. The two were co-starring on a project at the time, and following the incident, the 'Palmer' actress' reps claimed there was 'no validity' to the rumors.
Timberlake, however, had publicly apologized to his wife and son for his 'strong lapse in judgment.'
After that, he had reportedly even invited Biel to the sets of the movie so she could observe his and Wainwright's relationship on her own. However, Biel is clearly not caving in that easy.
Apart from reportedly considering putting the former NSYNC member through a lie-detector test, she also wants to give him a dose of his own medicine, shared sources to the outlet.
Biel is allegedly “healthy flirting” with other men and Timberlake is getting ”worried.”
The source also told Radar: "He’s sending her flirty texts and calling three times a day to say ‘I love you’ and ‘I miss you'."
