Manhattan luxury magazine publisher Jason Binn was arrested on Monday, June 13, after being accused of grabbing a teen female relative’s buttocks. The incident took place after a meal at a Manhattan restaurant on February 14, this year. Binn was slapped with misdemeanor raps alleging forcible touching, endangering the welfare of a child and third-degree sex abuse at his arraignment on the same day.

Binn, who was reportedly released on his own recognizance, left without any comment. His is scheduled to be back in court next month. Police report and law-enforcement sources said that Binn was accused of grabbing a 16-year-old family member's buttocks over her clothes without her consent, after a meal at the Italian hotspot Cipriani around 8 pm. The incident took place in February but the alleged victim went to police to file a complaint in April.

Court papers said that Binn allegedly “forcibly touched the sexual and other intimate parts of another person for the purpose of degrading and abusing such person, and for the purpose of gratifying the defendant’s sexual desire." Binn and Lieberman's divorce was a quiet one. The couple have two daughters and a son, Penny, Celia, and Oscar, and split their time between their apartment in Tribeca and a $2.78 million home in Amagansett.

A source close to the case told the Daily Mail that Binn "maintains that he is innocent and will continue to fight these charges." Binn is often photographed with various celebrities, including Kim Kardashian, Kanye West and Chrissy Teigen. Just a couple of days ago, he posted a picture on his Instagram feed, where he is seen smiling with Katie Holmes. "#TGIF w/ @KatieHolmes all dressed up and places to go. Great shoot - amazing day," he captioned the picture.
