How does Jane Fonda still look so young?
The 'Grace and Frankie' star's daily routine includes eating healthy, staying active, and getting adequate sleep. Fonda said that taking care of herself allowed her to look younger than her actual age. The actress claimed she sleeps eight to nine hours every night. She also discussed how she likes to spend time meditating in nature. The 'Book Club' actress admitted it had taken her some time to understand that one's body is "very forgiving" when they are young. She claimed that she had mistreated her body in the past, but as she got older, she discovered she wasn't as productive the next day when she drank excessively one night or didn't get enough sleep, according to Amomama.
'I've had plastic surgery'
The 'Barbarella' actress admitted to going under the knife in 2012. "I've had plastic surgery," she told US Weekly. "I made sure that they kept my lines. I didn't want to lose my wrinkles — I just wanted to lose the bags under my eyes. But if I'm really honest," she continued. "I think the most important thing comes from the inside and in that sense, exercise and yoga, in particular, helps with that. If you feel good about yourself, if you feel good in your skin, in addition to having friends and love around you, it comes through your eyes and your face and your smile and I think people — they don't realize that's what they're picking up on. It's an attitude that matters more than anything." Besides taking pride in "good skin care", the '80 for Brady' star admitted to "getting facial when I need it."
