BEVERLY HILLS, CALIFORNIA: Jack Nicholson, renowned for his exceptional acting abilities, is also famous for his off-screen talent as a charmer and shameless flirt. One instance of his notorious flirting is when he crashed Jennifer Lawrence's ABC interview following the 2013 Oscars. During the interview, Nicholson effusively complimented Lawrence's performance, saying, "You look like an old girlfriend of mine." Lawrence, playing along, asked, "Do I look like a new girlfriend?" Nicholson, donning his iconic sunglasses, circled back and teased, "I'll be waiting."

According to Kim Basinger, Nicholson's charisma extends beyond the screen as she once described him as "the most highly sexed individual I have ever met," as reported by The Sydney Morning Herald. Similarly, Cher shared, "The thing about Jack is that he likes women more than any man I've ever known. I mean he really likes them." In another instance, Paz de la Huerta reportedly got Nicholson's help to make her boyfriend jealous.

Nicholson's only marriage to Sandra Knight

While Nicholson has had numerous romantic relationships with high-profile women like Anjelica Huston, Michelle Phillips, and Rebecca Broussard, he has only been married once in his life. The lucky woman to walk down the aisle with Nicholson was actor Sandra Knight. The couple got hitched in 1962 and even went on to co-star in 'The Terror' the following year, according to Closer.

As Knight recounted in a 2010 interview with Alan Mercer, "Actually, I met Jack when I was fourteen when my father worked for MGM. I worked for a summer as a messenger girl and he was a messenger boy." They then crossed paths again five years later in an acting class, where they performed a scene from 'Tennessee Williams' play 'Summer and Smoke' and 'the fire began'. A year, after they exchanged vows, Nicholson and Knight, welcomed their daughter, Jennifer Nicholson, into the world. Unfortunately, their marriage didn't last, and they parted ways in 1968. However, according to Knight, they remained amicable post-divorce. "The real Jack is a loving, caring, giving person. We had a very beautiful, sweet marriage," she told Closer in 2016.

Nicholson's reclusive lifestyle

According to Radar Online, Nicholson has not been seen publicly in over a year, raising concerns among his friends that he may be becoming a hermit like his late friend Marlon Brando. One source stated, "He's made it clear his home is his castle. But people just wish he'd come out of the house and pop up to tell them how — or at least reassure folks he's OK." An insider added, "It's like he doesn't want to face reality anymore — and that's just sad."

While Nicholson had a loving marriage with Sandra Knight, their divorce and her decision to take their daughter with her was devastating blow. According to Closer, Marc Eliot, author of "Nicholson: A Biography," stated, "Marriage was a hot stove. He touched it, got burned, and never did it again." Nicholson himself expressed his desire for true love, saying, "I've had everything a man could ask for. But I don't know if anyone could say I'm successful with affairs of the heart. I would love that one last real romance."
