Is Nancy the 'dumb ex'? Bartise accuses 'Love is Blind: After the Altar' star of being influenced by others
DALLAS, TEXAS: Netflix's 'Love is Blind: After the Altar' Season 3 is making much noise on the internet. With drama stirring up between the couples, some stood firm in their relationship while some seem to once again have had their hearts broken - Bartise Bowden being a case in point. After a "talk" he had with Nancy Rodriguez in the recently released episode, both came to a decision to not be friends anymore.
Nancy's parents think that she does not benefit anything from Bartise. After the altar, Nancy continued to maintain a friendly relationship with Bartise. However, seeing him not being involved as much as she was, she came to the decision to end things permanently. Listening to Nancy say she wants to end things because her parents feel it's not right for her, he accused Netflix's dating show star of being influenced.

Bartise calls Nancy 'influenced'
In the recently released episode of 'Love is Bind: After the Altar' Season 3, we saw Nancy confessing to Bartise that her parents still do not like him. She said in a personal interview, "After hearing what girls (fellow cast mates) had to say and my family, I'm empowered to put myself first." She further claimed to Bartise that there is a part of her that believes in giving him chance after chance, but there is another part that makes her think otherwise. After listening to Nancy says that her mother asked, "How do you benefit from being his friend?" Bartise burst out in anger. He claimed, "Why do you need to benefit? That's a f**ed-up question."
Bartise further confessed in a personal interview that he finds it "frustrating" that Nancy is influenced by others. He claimed, "It seems like everybody's getting in her head, and she's using what they're saying to kind of protect herself." He further explained, "She doesn't wanna look like dumb ex that keeps running back to me."After Nancy said Bartise was more kind than he was to her, he asked, "Are we gonna be friends or no?" Nancy took a few seconds to think and replied with a "No." She further claims that their relationship does not make sense and she should have ended up being friends the day after the altar.
Nancy and boundaries
After the altar day, Nancy and Bartise continued to be friends. The star claimed to have never hooked up with Bartise after the altar but there surely was a moment when they became intimate. She said, "There was one night, things got a little intimate." After that night, Nancy continued being cozy with Bartise. She said, "The very next meeting, like, I was sitting on his lap. And then I realized the next day 'Yeah Nancy, that is not okay'." Nancy further admitted in the show that her biggest fault is that she "doesn't have boundaries."
Nancy ended things with Bartise claiming that she "does not want to have friendships that help me grow, that don't support me, that don't love me." Nancy is looking out for someone who can be obsessed with her and love her for who she is and what she offers.
