Is Katherine LaPrell villain of 'THTH' Season 6? Netflix star costs group big bucks by giving into temptations
TKCA 1ZZ, TURKS & CAICOS ISLANDS: A season of 'Too Hot to Handle' (THTH) wouldn't be the same without a love triangle—or, in this instance, a love square. In case you missed it, Lucy Syed, Katherine LaPrell, Charlie Jeer, and Louis Russell are included in a love square from 'THTH' Season 6.
Was this one a surprise to anyone? Not at all.
Though it's fun to watch, Katherine could perhaps be the one at fault.
For backstory, in Season 6, Episode 1, Charlie rapidly piqued the interest of both Lucy and Katherine. Despite giving them both a kiss, he was more drawn to Lucy. After Louis arrived at the retreat, Katherine's focus shifted to him, and it appeared as though the two couples were at the final stages of their relationship.
Katherine thought that much of their chemistry was driven more by passion than by emotion, and as a result, she found herself missing a true connection with Louis. She began to think about Charlie immediately, particularly when they were paired up for a workshop, and, honestly, their connection was really strong.
Charlie made several advances at Katherine throughout the workshop. Afterward, the two admitted to having feelings for one another and decided to break up with their separate partners, Lucy and Louis, to pursue a relationship together.
Naturally, neither Lucy nor Louis anticipated their split. Even though Charlie seems equally at fault for these sudden double breakups, Katherine, who earlier swore to pursue a meaningful connection, gives in to Charlie's physical temptation.

Rules are the central theme of 'THTH', yet, as we all know, rules are designed to be violated. Indeed, the most successful characters on the show are typically the ones who break the most rules, and Katherine seemed to be aware of this before she arrived at the villa.
She was pretty clear at the beginning that she would not be following commands from a glowing cone, and in Season 6, she has certainly caused a great deal of difficulty.
Katherine made out with Charlie immediately after arriving, putting her sights on him. However, Lucy and Kylisha Jag both planted a kiss on the English saxophonist, giving her some competition.
Katherine didn't waste time crying about Charlie choosing Lucy over her; instead, she used her charming abilities once more to persuade returning competitor Louis to give her a rule-breaking kiss.
She didn't stop there, either. Katherine is the focus of attention this season after she disobeyed the rules several times with Louis, had a passionate night together during which she went to great lengths to woo him, and had a wandering eye for a new contender.

The 'THTH' cast members continue to lose money, even though they are aware of the show's premise. After wasting thousands of dollars on Louis, Katherine proceeded to do the same with the unscrupulous Charlie.
She doesn't appear to be at all interested in taking home the cash. The cast members divided the pot 50-50 in season one.
But in later seasons, the cast members start off wasting a lot of money before developing into better people. Lana declares the troublemakers who have changed to the winners as a result.
We believe that Katherine and the other current cast members of 'THTH' have seen this trend and have gravitated toward misbehavior in an effort to ultimately earn money. Although this is clever gaming, in the end, it undermines the show's goal.
All in all, Katherine has cost the group close to a whopping $46K during her endeavors with Charlie and Louis.
Louis Russell was blindsided by Katherine's breakup in 'Too Hot to Handle'
The split between Katherine and Louis was, to put it mildly, quite painful. Katherine said that she had been thinking about Charlie and wanting to pursue a connection with him during their relationship.
Louis believed that the two of them would keep developing their emotional bond and that a split was not likely. Fans, like ourselves, were shocked to learn of Katherine and Louis' separation.
Lucy's suspicions from day one came true when Charlie revealed later in the show that he was terminating things to pursue his relationship with Katherine—a crucial fact that Charlie had omitted to disclose. Lucy began to cry.
After witnessing Katherine and Charlie cuddling up in bed together, ecstatic with their newfound romance, you can only imagine how she felt. They weren't afraid to approach the PDA.
