Henry 'Nacho' Laun, who is very well known for eating large portions of food on 'Wahlburgers', is reportedly fighting for his life at a hospital in Massachusetts.

As per TMZ, sources close to Laun reveal that the reality star was on a road trip on Wednesday, May 19, 2021, from Boston to Cape Cod when he made a pit stop at a gas station. A customer at the gas station reportedly found Laun unconscious in his vehicle and dialed 911.

What happened that day?

In the middle of his road trip, Laun apparently fell unconscious during a pit stop. As per the latest report carried by TMZ, a customer at the gas station noticed him unconscious in his vehicle and called 911. After this, he was rushed to a local hospital, which is where he currently is. One source has reportedly revealed to the publication that he's in a coma, and the underlying condition is serious.

One of Laun's friends revealed that his health before the incident wasn't all that great. However, it is unclear what led to the medical emergency. There is no statement from his family either because Henry's reportedly been estranged from them for years. In addition to that, his lawyer James Newman has also declined to comment on the situation.

What happened to Henry 'Nacho' Laun?

Laun, one of the original members of Mark Wahlberg's real-life entourage, is a fan-favorite on 'Wahlburgers'. He's known to never shy away from an eating challenge.

"What started as a bet to eat an enormous bowl of grated cheese grew into an ever-increasing array of challenges, including whole lobsters in the shell, golf divots, sour milk, and pint-sized bottles of hot sauce. Living by the mantra, ‘Cash is king,’ Nacho will eat anything for the right price," his A&E bio for the show 'Wahlburgers' states.

The actor and Laun are close friends as 'Nacho' used to be an 'integral part of Mark’s inner circle'. "Mark still watches out for Nacho, occasionally hiring him as a driver or additional security on film sets, and will even fly him out to LA for sheer entertainment."

For a long time, however, his whereabouts apparently have been unknown. His last Instagram post was shared roughly nine months ago.

According to a Change.org post from five years ago, Nacho announced on social media that he was leaving the show; though, he did not explain the reason.

In April 2019, reports started doing the rounds that he was going to fight Meghan Markle’s estranged brother, Thomas Markle Jr, in a Celebrity Boxing match. "I'm down for a good time, any time. I don't have a fighting style, I just roll with the punches, one step at a time," he had reportedly told Daily Mail then. "It could be a slug fest, if they wanna bust out the 10-ounce gloves fine, the 16, no problem. I'll go mano a mano, old school, I'll go bare-knuckle too if I have to - that's why they call me the EXTREME."

“I'll be ready by the middle of May the way I go and I have my own entourage too," he said.
