A 50-year-old Irish woman was arrested after she verbally abused staff on an Air India flight from Mumbai to London because she was denied alcohol. The business class passenger reportedly demanded that she be allowed to speak to the pilot after the cabin crew refused to give her another bottle of wine because she was "very drunk".

She also spits at the crew and could be heard calling one of the female staff members an "Indian f***ing money-grabbing b*****d".
