MOSCOW, IDAHO: Social media users have been discussing how Idaho murders suspect Bryan Kohberger must be spending his time in prison. There were reports that before being moved to a higher security prison, an inmate inside a Pennsylvania jail threatened to kill him.
"Gee, I wonder how Bryan is enjoying the fruits of his labor (if he is guilty), all alone in a cell. He is isolated and I don't think he gets to read about himself in there in the newspaper. I wonder if they even gave him a tablet," a user wrote on Reddit.

"He’s a loner so he’ll be use to it. He probably has access to some form of reading and paper pen so I think he’ll be ok," one user commented. Another said, "I bet solitude bothers him very little." "And I bet he loves it, doubt he cares for the emotional stuff and realisation of his situation," one user said, to which a user replied, "I have my doubts. He no longer has access to the sick sh** that used to get him off, and that’s gotta hurt."
"Who could love being in a tiny cell, especially a guy like him who likes to run and monitor his food. After he is convicted (if he is), he will get nothing but cr**. Meat will still be on his tray, and he will have to eat potatoes and bread. Me and my family are close to that area, and when he went to jail, before he went to trial, they didn't give a cr** about how he is a vegan. They served him what everyone else ate. They are supposed to honor vegans just like meat eaters. I called the chaplain asking for help, I called the warden. Nothing helped. I probably made it worse," one user said, while another wrote, "Nobody would love that. And it's the point. He's probably not happy in there at all. Mental problems are one thing, but he still has human nature. He didn't sit isolated when left to his own free will, so I don't think he's loving it at all. But I agree with doubting he cares, on the same page with you there!"
Kohberger, 28, has been accused of fatally stabbing Kaylee Goncalves, 21, Madison Mogen, 21, Xana Kernodle, 20, and Ethan Chapin, 20, in their off-campus three-story rented home on November 13, 2022. Kohberger was arrested in Albrightsville, Pennsylvania, on December 30, after a massive manhunt.
