Internet blasts 'fatphobe' Ana Navarro after she compares Joe Biden and Donald Trump's waistlines
NEW YORK CITY, NEW YORK: ‘The View’ co-host Ana Navarro has made her allegiance towards President Joe Biden in the 2024 elections more than just clear.
On the daytime talk show, Navarro recently said, “Mother Teresa could resuscitate and I would still support Joe Biden.”
On September 20, Navarro took to her social media accounts to show her support for Biden drawing comparisons to former President Donald Trump.
Navarro was blasted by fans after she claimed, “I’m gonna vote for the guy with a waist and a sense of decency.”

She also added, “I’m gonna vote for the guy with a waist and a sense of decency.”
Navarro’s post on Instagram was a little more detailed, “Folks, the truth is they’re both about the same age. Neither of them are spring chickens. They both make verbal gaffes."
Navarro added, "What I don’t get is why people keep clutching their pearls about Biden’s age, but not about Trump’s who looks pretty out-of-shape and unhealthy.”
“Yes, they’re both old. But only one is impeached, indicted, immoral, and a threat to democracy. I’m gonna vote for the old guy with a waist and a moral compass,” concluded Navarro, with a few tweaks from her post on X.

In response to Ana Navarro’s support for Joe Biden and taking a sly dig at Donald Trump over his appearance, the internet labeled Navarro, a “Fatphobe!”
The internet focussed on Navarro’s comment on Trump’s physique as one person wrote, “How body positive of you,” and another said, “Fat shamer.” One user also pointed out, “We definitely have different definitions of decency.”

On Instagram, Navarro faced similar backlash as one person commented, “I’m not a fan of Trump, but I’m also not a fan of fat shaming. I appreciate your intention of this post, but please consider removing the waist comment.”
One user commented, “Don’t matter who is fat or thin, it’s who can protect America with good intentions.”
