‘I'm glad my baby is going home’: Felicia Johnson's dad breaks silence after her body is found
MONTGOMERY COUNTY, TEXAS: The father of Felicia Johnson, a 24-year-old California woman who disappeared from northwest Houston last on April 16, 2022, and whose remains were found on February 7, at the Sam Houston National Forest, has spoken out following the heartbreaking discovery. Kevin Johnson said, “I'm glad my baby is going to be home, in some way, shape, or form, here shortly.” However, the search for her alleged killer Chukwuebuka Nwobodo continues.
The father reportedly told the press, "My heart just goes out for people that's been waiting 30 years, 40 years and just don't have no information, no news, no nothing. I feel blessed, I feel humbled and just appreciative of that worker that found that bag," as per The Sun. "The reason why her body has been found is so that she can return to get justice for herself. This is the first piece of the puzzle that is going to allow law enforcement to do their job and bring these guys to justice," he told ABC13.
