‘I Feel Bonita’: What is TikTok's viral audio trend all about? How to participate?
Most TikTok trends are based on a viral sound, and this one is no different. The sound 'Do you or do you not feel bonita?' has become a big TikTok trend this month. The sound has been used in about 150,000 videos so far, many of which have received millions of views.
TikTok is currently flooded with videos of people lip-syncing along to the viral Bonita song. "I Feel Bonita" (Spanish for 'beautiful') is based on a viral audio where one person asks, "Do you or do you not feel bonita?" and another person replies, "I feel Bonita." Origin of ‘I feel Bonita’ sound
If you have ever watched 'Family Guy,' you may have recognized the viral sound. The TikTok sound comes from Season 16, Episode 11 of the popular Fox animated series, an episode titled 'Dog Bites Bear.'

'Family Guy' iconic scene
Although the dialog in this episode is based on a brief conversation between Brian and Chris, the show revolves around a fight between the family dog, Brian, and little Stewie. When the dog inquires about Stewie's well-being after the fight, Chris, who runs a Quinceanera dressmaking store in the family kitchen, persuades Brian to try on a dress.
The conversation moves the plot along by revealing Stewie's son is on the mend, but it wouldn't be 'Family Guy' without a little comedy, and Chris asks Brian if he feels as "bonita" as he looks on.
How the viral sound is being used?
As you can guess, most TikTok designers use the soundtrack similar to the 'Family Guy' clip. Usually person 1 exaggerates the enthusiasm of "bonita" person 2, who is less enthusiastic. One user wrote, "I feel Bonita!"
