No matter how idealistic every member of the ‘Hunters’ team might seem, there are layers to every character. Each one of them has stories and secrets that are yet to come out, while we get glimpses into their lives, one person at a time.

Take Sister Harriet (Kate Mulvany), for instance. In Episode 5 she, accompanied by Joe Torrance (Ozawa Changchien) and Jonah Heidelbaum (Logan Lerman) kidnap their next “hunt” and when the Nazi doctor spills the beans on how he and his associates are brought into the United States for a discreet government project, Sister Harriet suddenly turns rogue and goes out to save another Nazi from the July 4 celebration.

Named Kenneth Swiggins aka Mortiz, the German has been hiding in the United States ever since the war. In a conversation between Sister Harriet and Mortiz, it is revealed that Harriet has been trying to save the Nazis.

This was quite a shocking revelation, hearing the hunter saving a hunt, speaking in German and talking ill about the Jews. And then a flashback of her childhood shows us that she herself was raised a Jew. It was only during the early years of the Holocaust that she was sent to a convent in England, where she was probably converted to Christianity and forgot about her faith and her heritage.

Now, the question that keeps bothering us is that whether she is a double agent. Is Harriet trying to have her personal agenda fulfilled while piggybacking on the Hunters team? We do learn that all she wants to do is randomly kill all Nazis and not necessarily the ones Meyer and his team are hunting. It so turns out that Mortiz is the Nazi officer who killed Mindy and Murray's first son at the camp. Considering what she has gone through as a child does stand reason enough for Harriet's radical decisions. This might be of help for Meyer’s agenda as well, but does Harriet really intend well?
