AUSTIN, TEXAS: Hundred of high schoolers broke into a mansion for a 'Mansion Rager' party without the knowledge of the house owner. The incident caused plenty of damage and shocked the house owner. The teenagers promoted the event on social media without the family's consent. Meanwhile, they don't have a teenage child at home.

This is not the first time wild parties hosted by teenagers have appeared on the news. In 2022, large groups of teenagers were seen racing around the streets and even leaping on cars in footage from the wild night in Chicago. The party also had a drinking competition, and twerking competition and even blocked the traffic.

What was the response of the house owner?

“We started receiving numerous phone calls from our neighbors that there were kids on our water tower on our property, there were cars up and down the street, and kids were hopping over the front of our fence,” said the owner, as reported by New York Post. Though he rushed to the spot, many of the party attendees were already there. “It was horrifying. I mean, it was just [an] unbelievable total violation of one’s privacy,” he added. The house owner has requested to keep his identity undisclosed. Meanwhile, the family only has a toddler at home. “I saw they had thrown like avocados at the wall, there was damage to sheetrock and baseboards. They had thrown tools through the sheetrock of our garage. They had my daughter’s toys scattered around the property,” said the owner.

What are the damages the mansion suffered?

"They had beer cans, the seltzer cans, like White Claw. I saw they had thrown like avocados at the wall, there was damage to sheetrock and baseboards. They had thrown tools through the sheetrock of our garage," said the owner. He continued, "We have some articles of other kids that were out on the property, and it was from all the major high schools in the Greater Austin area. It was West Lake High, Vandegrift, Lake Travis, and Bowie, those are for certain." He added, “There seem to be little consequences for these actions, and I feel like it’ll keep getting worse if we don’t get to the bottom of things like this." The Travis County Sheriff’s Office is currently investigating the case.

Meanwhile, a similar instance happened in Florida where youngsters threw a lavish party at an $8 million mansion without the house owner's consent. Walton County Sheriff back then stated, “Apart from the damage caused and the items stolen, it’s a complete violation of someone’s home that you can’t put a price on. The feeling when you know someone went into your closet, tried on your clothes, and used your bathroom doesn’t have a dollar amount attached to it. Especially in a place where you’re supposed to feel safe.” The authorities also asked, “Here’s our ask; if you were there, know someone who was there, were invited, knows who circulated the flyer for the party (yes, we know about that too) you are asked to come forward,” the sheriff’s office wrote. “DO YOURSELF A FAVOR and let us know. Come clean and give us the information we need to hold those responsible…So, what’s ‘the move?," as per Fox News.
