The 30-year-old Democratic activist announced the happy news on Thursday, November 25, sharing, "Both Scarlett and I could not be happier to continue the adventure of parenting together." Byrne is a well-known face among Potterheads as she starred in the Harry Potter movie franchise as Pansy Parkinson. Cooper Hefner and Scarlett Byrne, who tied the knot in November 2019, are already parents to 15-month-old Betsy Rose.
