Who will star in 'The Man with 1000 Kids'?

The three-part documentary explores the murky corners of the reproductive business and reveals how a lack of international laws allows certain foreign fertility clinics to continue accepting anonymous donations. Groups of resentful parents from all around the world who believe the YouTuber has mistreated them are interviewed by Netflix for the series.

The trailer continues by introducing a number of families and their experiences with sperm donation, as well as their aspirations to become parents. The parents who were reportedly targeted by the same sperm donor discuss how learning his name had a detrimental impact on them in an emotional montage.

What is the latest buzz around 'The Man with 1000 Kids'?

Jonathan now has a YouTube channel where he talks about his sperm-donating story, how to get rid of demons, and his ideas on tradwives. He appears to be traversing the world, with one video showing him speaking on a Tanzanian beach and another from Italy.

Addressing the Netflix documentary directly, Jonathan stated that he refused to participate in the program and was first told that the working title for the show was 'The Fertility Fraudster', which he characterized as a term "he could not work with".

Jonathan criticized the title of 'The Man with 1000 Kids' as "sensationalizing and misleading," claiming that it does not make it immediately evident that he is a donor. Jonathan further stated that the figure '1,000' is not one he considers to be correct.

"I want to talk freely; I want to have a say in my own story," he said, explaining why he declined to join the Netflix project.

"I've seen the trailer; somebody sent it to me because I don't watch Netflix. I don't have Netflix; I think it's evil. I live in nature; nature is important to me, not my story, something artificial. I help people; that's it. But I'm more sad that they decided to change the lives of all my donor children [...] It's not right to sensationalize. They should have asked all the parents and children before making the documentary."

"You get one life on this Earth—why has he chosen to use his charm and his intellect and his creativity to try to procreate on a mass scale and deceive all these people?" director Josh Allott spoke to Tudum in an interview about the show.
