‘How to Get Away With Murder’ Season 6 Episode 8: Fans suspect Annalise and Frank's role in Nate Senior’s death
The tension is rising and the pressure building, as the hit legal drama inches to a massive climax. And along the way, every episode gets edgier with hints and twists unimaginable. The most interesting point lately has been Nate suing Governor Birkhead for the wrongful death of his father. The idea was to pin the charges on DA Ronald Miller. And Nate even killed him for that. However, as episode 8 turned out, Annalise and Frank ensured that the mystery of DA Miller’s death remains a mystery and twisted the situation to make Xavier Castillo seem guilty, and thus kill two birds with a stone.
Reason being one, if Xavier is charged with ordering a hit, he can be off Annalise’s back and two, DA Miller’s murder gets saved from being dug up. While this is how it may look prima facie, fans have their own theories. They believe that Annalise and Frank couldn’t be such straight arrows. There must have been something that either one of them or both, are trying to cover up or hiding facts that others (and the audience) are not aware of, yet. Like @mstijai points out, “There's so much going on. The way Annalise movin' you would think she had something to do with Nate Sr.'s death. Or there's something deeper she doesn't want revealed. All of this is crazy.#HTGAWM”
Yes, it indeed is difficult to assimilate so many twists and layers of Annalise’s characters. Although we have seen her raw and untainted in many situations, admitting what she is and she isn’t, there is always a microscopic amount of unknown, unseen side to her, which, no matter how hard we try to read through, cannot figure out. And fan, @RellzSpot agrees, “I’m confused what shadiness is Annalise and frank up to did they have something to do with Nate father death? #htgawm”
And as far as Frank is concerned, he has always been the confidante and support for Annalise. So even if he is involved in the shadiness we are suspecting of Annalise, it is only because he wants to. Therefore, ultimately, for us, the one with questionable motives is none other than Annalise Keating. But all said and done, will we ever get to know the real Annalise Keating before she bids adieu to the world?
