Episode 13 'What If Sam Wasn't the Bad Guy This Whole Time?' dropped the loudest and biggest bomb of the season, or perhaps of the entire series of HTGAWM.

Revealing that Frank Delfino (Charlie Weber) is Sam Keating's (Tom Verica) son from his incest with his sister, Hannah Keating (Marcia Gay Harden) has shaken the fandom and no one seems to be getting their head around the fact.

"Shocked. Speechless. Sickening. Crazy Astonished #HTGAWM," posted a disturbed fan on Twitter.

Another fan also felt out of sorts and commented, "Yooooo....Frank and Gabriel are half brothers! This sh***t craazzyyy! I literally got goosebumps when she said that. #HTGAWM/"

"#HTGAWM dropped a BOMB tonight my god," added another. Despite some fans theorizing and speculating the same before the episode aired, viewers could not come to terms with the truth. "Status: Not Good. I'm still trying to process this episode. LORD, HANNAH! #HTGAWM," commented a confused fan.

And now that the facts are out on the table, it leads fans to infer more about Frank’s character and his relationship dynamics with Sam. “Wait!! So that mean Frank is Gabriel's half brother / cousin .?? #HTGAWM," says a fan

Another fan commented on how Sam exploited Frank for his own needs and slams him. "Sam is so shitty man. He used his own son to murder his mistress. #HTGAWM."

“I gotta rewatch with the context of Sam knowing Frank is his kid.... Sam used his love child with his sister to act as a hitman to kill his own sibling. #HTGAWM”, said another Twitter user trying to understand what just happened.

Elsewhere, there were some fans who called out the showrunners for this heavy twist on the plot and making the story so shocking.

One fan on Twitter addressed the show’s producer, Shonda Rhimes, and said, “#HTGAWM ....SHONDA....MA’AM...MISSES.....MIS LADY WHAT THE HELL GOIN ON."

“I can’t even with that ending tonight #HTGAWM I mean HOW!?! Did they know this from the beginning when they started writing this show...it’s just too much," commented another Twitter user, wondering how the writers came up with this plotline.

But this isn’t the end of the discussion yet. With these new developments of characters and their stories, where does it leave us for the final two episodes?
