IOWA, NASHVILLE: In the most recent episode of ‘American Pickers’ Season 25,  Mike Wolfe and Frank Fritz visited Wayne and Linda, a couple who possessed an expansive garage filled with vintage cars.

In a confessional, Mike Wolfe said, "Wayne knew that he had one shot and one shot only and he rose to the occasion. I mean he got like a gold medal in the Olympics of man caves.”

Mike told Wayne, “So I like your collection already because so I can see you’ve got European cars and American cars. A lot of guys are either one or the other you know?”

Linda disclosed that she and her husband Wayne don't have any children, and she expressed a desire to part with some of her partner's car collection.

As Mike examined the array of cars before him, his attention was instantly drawn to a stunning 65 Austin Healey.

Mike added, "This is a gorgeous Austin Healey. It’s got great lines, teardrop back end, hood scoop ok the front end, it’s got the look. The 3000 MK III.“ Shortly thereafter, he shared the photos of the car with his friend, Mike Mefford.

He continued, "I have been looking at the ‘65 Austin Healey. I called a buddy of mine on it. We kinda went through it, and it’s a car that you don’t see this often in this condition because most of the time, they’re either rotted to the ground or they’ve already been restored, you know? So this is kind of a survivor driver.”

Wayne proposed a selling price of $22,500 for the car, and Mike promptly agreed to the deal.

Later in the episode, Mike Wolfe expressed, "Walking around, I mean there’s a lot of great cars here and I do have interest in the wagon but for what we gotta do to it. I mean I’m gonna throw a number at you and you could kick it against the wall, or pick it up, or whatever you want. 10,000 bucks."

Wayne responded, "Well, how about I get it down close to like, 14?" Soon after, Mike and Frank discussed the worth of the wagon. In the end, the duo decided not to buy the wagon.

Frank Fritz told Linda, "Here’s the good news, Linda. Good news is you sold a car. The bad news is I don’t think we’re gonna be able to buy both of them.”
