LOS ANGELES, CALIFORNIA: For most people, receiving an invitation to the Playboy mansion was a significant event. Rob Lowe later acknowledged feeling "less than" while pulling up to the mansion. Meanwhile, there are others who declined numerous invitations to the exclusive events. That includes Ethan Hawke, who turned down an invite because he didn't want news of his attendance at the party to reach his mother or grandmother.

Kelsey Grammer's attendance at the mansion's Halloween party generated a lot of fuss in 2012 since Grammer was a new parent at the time. He had to do a lot of damage control after being targeted by the media. While the partygoers generally had a great time, Grammer probably went too far.

Kelsey Grammer, 67, looks loved up with wife Kayte Walsh, 42, as 'Frasier' return nears

Along with his wife Kayte Walsh, Grammer participated in a Halloween celebration at the mansion. At three months old, their child was still a newborn at the time. The performer was compelled to make a statement, clarifying his youngster was doing great when they attended the celebration, as per reports.

'Her ears were covered the entire time'

Grammer told Today back in 2012, "Kayte is breast-feeding, and we do not have a nanny or a trusted babysitter at this time, so Faith goes everywhere with us. We enjoyed the party with a few of our friends, the baby slept as her ears were covered the entire time, and we left shortly after midnight."

'We love our child'

"We enjoyed the evening. We love our child," Grammer concluded. "Kayte is my wife and lady love. The world is round. All our eyes are blue. Happy Halloween and Cock-a-doodle-doo!" Given his response, it appears obvious Kelsey was forced to do some damage control in front of an outraged media at the time, as reported by Page Six.

Kelsey Grammer appeared at the mansion party along with his then-new wife Kayte Walsh. He remarried the same year he separated from Camille Meyer, as per reports.
