How did Adriana Kuch’s mom Brandy die? School chief claims dad Michael refused drug rehab for bullied girl, 14, who killed herself

BERKELEY, NEW JERSEY: Adriana Kuch, a 14-year-old student of Central Regional High School, died by suicide after she was beaten up and bullied by a group of girls while she was walking with her boyfriend, Jason Lopez. However, little is only known about the death of her biological mother, Brandy Kuch.
Though her father, Michael Kuch, stated Brandy died due to addiction, now, Superintendent of New Jersey's Central Regional School District Triantafillos Parlapanides claims that she died by suicide due to the affair Michael had with his current wife, Sarah Kuch.

How did Brandy Kuch die?
There is only a little information regarding Brandy. Michael has previously stated that Adriana's mother died tragically in 2016 after battling addiction, as per Daily Mail. In an obituary note shared on Eguisobits, it states, "Her parents, Randy Taylor and Donna (Turner) Taylor, welcomed their daughter Brandy Jean Kuch into the world on March 30, 1979, in the city of Cincinnati, Ohio, in the state of Ohio. After graduating from Seminole High School in Florida in 1997, Brandy moved to Ohio, where she met and married Michael Kuch on January 9, 2001. Seminole High School is located in Florida. In the state of Florida, Brandy received her diploma from Seminole High School."
Further, the note said, "While Michael was serving in Iraq in 2002 as part of his military career, Brandy was furthering her education at nursing school and working toward earning a license as a licensed practical nurse. It was the year 2009 when she was finally able to finish her education and earn the necessary passing score on the exam to become a Registered Nurse. At Evans Army Community Hospital, Brandy worked as a nurse in the emergency room from 2009 until 2014, during which time she was employed there. She was able to provide care to the patients at Parkview Hospital and Terrace Gardens Nursing Home, for whom she felt an overwhelming sense of compassion as a result of her work there."
The obituary also mentions, "Her husband Michael, her sons Brandon Tucker, Michael, Jacob, and Ethan Kuch, her daughter Adriana Kuch, and her brother Michael (Chelsey) Taylor are the ones who will carry on after her passing. In addition, she is survived by a daughter who goes by the name Adriana Kuch. The many friends and family members that Brandy leaves behind will ensure that her legacy will live on long after she is no longer here. This will ensure that her legacy will continue even after she is gone. The funeral service for Brandy will take place on Friday, August 19, 2016, at noon, at the Chambers and Grubbs Funeral Home in Independence, Kentucky. The date and time of the service have not yet been determined."
Did Michael Kuch refuse drug rehab offered to Adriana by school?
Triantafillos Parlapanides, Superintendent of Central Regional School District opined regarding the death of Brandy. Parlapanides claims that it was a suicide. He said, "After [Adriana's] mother's suicide since her father was having an affiar [sic] at the end of her 6th grade. Her father married the woman he had an affair with and moved her into the house. Her grades and choices declined in 7th and 8th grade. We offered her drug rehab and mental services on 5 occasions but father refused every time. We tried helping her several time but mother's suicide was a major reason she started making poor choices," as per Daily Mail.
