'Home Alone 2' fans demand that President Donald Trump's cameo in the movie be cut out in light of the Capitol violence. Trump was seen in the movie in the year 1992. In his cameo in the film, Trump had to tell the movie's star Kevin McCallister (Macaulay Culkin) how to get to the hotel lobby. However, in light of the recent violence and chaos that ensued at the Capitol, fans took to Twitter to demand the removal of his appearance in the film.

One such user took to social media to say, "Yes yes yes, he should never have been in the movie he made them do it for his own evil ego [100]% ???" Another user shared, "Do it, he won’t be missed he has seconds if that has no impact at all on the film and he bullied his way on it anyway." "Trump owned the Plaza Hotel at that time and he agreed to let filming take place there if he could have a cameo in the movie. Even now there’s probably a contract in place where he has to remain in it or somebody gets sued," yet another user added.

"Can we digitally replace Donald Trump in 'Home Alone 2'? Swap him with, like, Arnold or something," commented another social media user. Yet another chimed in, "As of now, Donald Trump is the only cast member of 'Home Alone 2' that incited a domestic terrorist attack and got banned from Twitter in the same week."

Trump is unlikely to respond to his possible removal from the film since his official Twitter has been banned to "prevent the risk of further incitement of violence." The official Twitter safety account had stated, "After close review of recent Tweets from the @realDonaldTrump account and the context around them we have permanently suspended the account due to the risk of further incitement of violence."

"In the context of horrific events this week, we made it clear that additional violations of the Twitter Rules would potentially result in this very course of action. Our public interest framework exists to enable the public to hear from elected officials and world leaders directly. It is built on a principle that the people have a right to hold power to account in the open."

"However, we made it clear going back years that these accounts are not above our rules and cannot use Twitter to incite violence. We will continue to be transparent around our policies and their enforcement," the safety account added.

We had earlier reported that Trump acted like "a monster" and was "mentally unreachable" during the violence that ensued as a result of a MAGA mob breaching the Capitol, his aides have claimed. Trump also refused to "condemn his people" as they rioted and looted the Capitol as a means to prevent lawmakers from declaring President-elect Joe Biden the winner of the 2020 election. Washington was left shaken on January 6 after Trump supporters stormed into the Capitol.

As a result of the violence, five people lost their lives and many were left injured. Democrats have called for Trump's impeachment and arrest after he told his supporters to march on DC while speaking at a rally. He was also slammed as he kept reiterating that there had been election fraud though he failed to provide any evidence to back his claims.
