What happened to Hilda Marcela Cabrales-Arzola? Christy Giles' friend brain-dead
The mystery around Christy Giles has deepened, after a friend of hers was "left for dead" outside a second LA hospital, hours after Giles' body was dumped at Southern California Hospital on November 14. Surveillance footage shows two masked men dumping the body of Hilda Marcela Cabrales-Arzola two hours later outside the Kaiser Permanente hospital.
According to what little we know, Giles and Arzola were at a warehouse party in Los Angeles with friends the night before. They reportedly left around 4:45 AM on November 14, which was the last time the duo were seen alive. At around 5:00 PM, Giles' body was dumped at the Culver City hospital, and hours later Arzola was left at the West LA hospital. The men, dressed in balaclavas were driving a Prius with no license plates.

The mysterious death of the two women has raised many questions, with Giles' family claiming she was sexually assaulted, and possibly drugged by an underground pornographer before her death. As for Arzola, few details are available at the moment, but here's everything we know.
What happened to Hilda Marcela Cabrales-Arzola?
The 26-year-old Mexican architect joined Giles and another woman for a night out in town. It is believed they were partying in East LA when they met a group of men. Instead of heading to an afterparty in Hollywood Hills, the three girls went to the men's houses. Jan Cilliers, Giles' husband told The Daily Mail, "These people… it's the worst of the worst like one of the guys is in the underground porn scene and associates with people known to attend snuff parties."
The third woman, who did not want to be identified said Giles and Arzola were "completely coherent and fine" when she left them at around 4:00 AM. Cilliers tracked his wife to an apartment complex, and also kept a track of her texts via iCloud. "That night and she was texting Marcela, the girl that she was with, at 5:30 saying let's get out of here with the wide-eye emoji," he said. Arzola replied, "Yes, I called an Uber. Ten minutes." It was the last message they exchanged.
Little else is known, with police currently investigating the case. It is reported that the same car was used to dump both women, so whatever happened to Giles likely also happened to Arzola. While Giles was pronounced dead at the scene, Arzola is reportedly "on life support with no brain activity with little possibility of recovery." It's unclear if her family has been contacted, or what she was doing in LA. An online profile of Arzola indicates she was attempting to migrate to Canada, after having worked "as an intern in different design firms in Mexico."
From Cillers' statements, it appears Giles and Arzola were friends for a while, so it seems highly unlikely she played a role in their kidnapping. She was found with heroin in her system, which Cillers said was something "that either of those girls would ever do, not voluntarily." We will let you know when we have more details about the case.
