'Hightown' Episode 6 has fans craving for 'more Jackie and Renee' after that jaw-dropping lap dance scene

Riley Voelkel as Renee Segna's moonlighting stripper alter ego Candy is a force of all things steamy and hot on Starz's 'Hightown'. The local druglord's baby mama has been working as a confidential informant for detective Ray Abruzzo (James Badge Dale), whom she pretty much has wrapped around her finger with movie nights just as mushy as jaw-dropping as their car sex has been. But even with two men on the hook for Renee, looks like fans would rather have her grinding and displaying her professional skills on our very own protagonist, Jackie Quinones (Monica Raymund).
The reason? Just one teasing, titillating scene from the latest Episode 6, where this time it is Jackie who ambushes Renee at her work for information on Frankie Cuevas (Amaury Nolasco) and Renee, like the smart, calculated woman she is, does her job, getting some extra pay for no tip while leaving Jackie hot and bothered.
In Episode 6, titled 'The White Whale', we see Jackie, frustrated about not being able to help Krista Collins(Crystal Lake Evans), dig out dirt on Frankie. She looks him up online and finds Renee's mugshot on a news article about Frankie getting incarcerated. The same page also reveals Renee's profession and workplace and the next thing we know, Jackie is out there at Xavier's offering up dollars for a private dance with a totally unaware Renne.
It starts off with a shirtless Renee grinding herself up against Jackie, who is fighting her hardest to not let her guard down and cave into the other woman's exceptionally skilled techniques. But things get a little topsy turvy when Jackie, in the middle of getting a full-blown lap dance from our resident hot girl, mentions Frankie. Renee, knowing full well what's coming, immediately pulls away after a hot minute of doing what she does best. She claims she doesn't know a thing about Frankie, and even though Jackie tries to squeeze her hardest, saying Frankie got two women killed now and offering her some extra money, Renee decides she's just not up for that game. She says "Yeah, f**k Frankie. And f**k you," before taking the extra $20 bills Jackie was offering and leaving her with nothing.
The fandom did not see that coming, as is evident from their Twitter posts after the latest episode. But what they also did not expect was a fiery chemistry between our two leading ladies, something that has them shipping Jackie and Renee harder than Renee with either Ray or Frankie. From "I want renee to give me a lap dance," to "This cannot be all we get from them together. I need more Jackie and Renee plss" - it was a wild ride for fans from start to finish. Some fans were also left pretty hot and bothered by the scene, as a user wrote: "I thought Jackie was gonna fingerbang Renee!" However, pointing out the obvious, another quipped: "Renee is sick of y’all coming to her place of work while she’s trying to make her coins! She took her money and bounced after Jackie mentioned Frankie. Lol."
Atkins Estimond, who plays the role of Osito, himself resonated with similar sentiments, tweeting: "In between Osito, Ray and Jackie Renee can’t get no work done at Xavier’s." The general consensus however can't wait for more Jackie and Renee action. "Forget Ray and Renee, I want Jackie and Renee," stated one, while another explained: "I mean if her other options are Ray and Frankie... I kinda love Renee with Jackie."
