'Unsellable Houses' features hosts and twin sisters Lyndsay Lamb and Leslie Davis as they work with homeowners to increase the value of their homes. The sisters assist their clients to make improvements to the homes so that they can eventually sell them.

The problem with residences that have been on the market for a long time is that they do not tend to sell. Homebuyers refuse to look at them because they have reservations about such 'unsellable' homes. This is when Lyndsay and her sister Leslie Davis come in and turn the tables with their knowledge. Now that the show has returned for a third season, let's learn more about one of the hosts, Leslie Davis.

Who is Leslie Davis?

In 'Unsellable Houses', real estate agent Leslie Davis pairs up with her twin sister Lyndsay Lamb, a specialist in budgeting and negotiating. The two-star real estate brokers in the Pacific Northwest assist desperate clients in making significant modifications in order to sell their properties quickly. Leslie fell in love with the quick pace of the real estate market after years of working in sales and decided to join her sister in the company.

Leslie has strong marketing and sales experience, having worked for a national food brokerage company for over seven years in franchise sales. Before becoming a realtor, she worked as a real estate transaction coordinator for two years, which gave her the opportunity to "learn the ropes." Leslie and her husband Jacob have been married for over 20 years and have three sons, Kyler, Cash, and Cole. She enjoys volunteering in the neighborhood and with local non-profits.

What is Leslie Davis' Net Worth?

Leslie Davis' net worth is estimated to be between $1 million and $1.5 million. The sisters' real estate company sold over 300 homes in 2020 alone. Leslie began her professional career in her twenties after graduating from high school. She started out in marketing for Dream Dinners, a franchise co-owned by her aunt Tina Kuna.

Leslie became a stay-at-home mother for a while, immersing herself in caring for her children. However, she eventually decided to support Lyndsay's business by getting her real estate license because she was going through a family issue.

As real estate agents, Leslie and Lyndsay have built a pretty sizeable business together. Not only did their business flourish, but it also paved the way for them to pursue a new career as reality stars once High Noon Entertainment discovered them on YouTube and approached them with the concept for a TV program. The show 'Unsellable Houses' was thus brought into the world.

'Unsellable Houses' Season 3 premieres Tuesday, April 12, at 9 pm ET/PT on HGTV.
