HGTV’s ‘Dream Home 2020’ makes fans go gaga about the Hilton Head property: 'This is everything'
There’s a reason the show is called ‘Dream Home’. It essentially makes you want to dream of the luxury and aesthetics that the home brings to the table. But this year, HGTV went a few steps ahead. Their 24th dream home in the Hilton Head Island, South Carolin, is all set to become their best property showcased in the New Year special all these years.
Not only is the massive property a sight to savor, but the natural surroundings and the locale just completes the package. Situated in the Windmill Harbor community, the 3500 acre home is surrounded by golf courses, marshes, sea inlets, and lots of greenery. The landscape offers beautiful views of sunrise and sunsets, adventure options, and a great local life. As the show host, Tamara Day and architect and designer Brian Patrick Flynn slowly reveal the home bit by bit, from the skeleton to the finished space, fans cannot hold their excitement of what they discover.
Fan @ShannonGood92’s family seems to be in love with this year’s dream home. She comments, “Got my family on the #hgtvdreamhome hype again this year... they’re both on their computers looking at all the photos. It’s a really pretty design and location this year!”
The color and design of the house have also attracted many people like @PBnToast. This year, as Flynn mentioned, classic blue will be trending in the architecture space. I especially liked the exterior blue-grey. The blush in the master bath, almost paint blue ceilings."
