'Don’t beat women': Herschel Walker’s son Christian takes not-so-subtle dig at dad after Georgia defeat

This comes after Christian, 23, denounced his dad's election campaign in October after it was reported that Walker, 60, paid for his ex-girlfriend's abortion

ATLANTA, GEORGIA: After Democratic candidate Raphael Warnock, 53, defeated Republican candidate and former football star Herschel Walker, 60, on Tuesday, December 6, 2022, in Georgia’s Senate runoff election, Walker's son Christian took a dig at him. He wrote on Twitter, “Don’t beat women, hold guns to peoples heads, fund abortions then pretend your pro-life, stalk cheerleaders, leave your multiple minor children alone to chase more fame, lie, lie, lie, say stupid crap, and make a fool of your family.. And then maybe you can win a senate seat.”

The 23-year-old continued, "Don’t compare Warnock running over his wife’s foot to my father holding guns and knives to my mothers throat, threatening to kill his therapist, her, and one of his adultresses in a therapy session, and telling my mom and I he was going to beat our a**es. Get off my page." Ron Filipkowski, a criminal defense attorney, also bashed Walker by saying, “Georgia Republicans who voted for a man with 4 kids from 4 different women, raised none, paid for at least 2 abortions, put a gun to his wife’s head, a knife to her throat, with no platform, needing chaperones for friendly interviews, all just to lose again. And now you own it."

This comes after Christian denounced his father's campaign two months ago. On October 4, 2022, the young man tweeted, "I’ve stayed silent for nearly two years as my whole life has been lied about publicly. I did ONE campaign event, then said I didn’t want involvement. Don’t you dare test my authenticity." He went on to narrate, "Family values, people? He has four kids, four different women, wasn’t in the house raising one of them. He was out having sex with other women. Do you care about family values?”

He reportedly also accused his father of denying a Daily Beast report stating Herschel had once paid for a girlfriend’s abortion in 2009. He said, as quoted by ABC, “People on the right are pulling up that I did a campaign event with my dad last year … I did one event last year when we were told he was going to get ahead of his past and hold himself accountable. None of that happened. Everything’s been a lie. Don’t lie about your life at the expense of me, my mom and all of the people that you’ve affected throughout your life. You don’t get to pretend you’re some moral family guy.”
