Heidi Montag looks radiant as she BARES IT ALL for nude maternity photo shoot
Radiant as ever, reality TV star Heidi Montag has bared it all for a stunning maternity photo shoot. The actor and her husband, Spencer Pratt, are expecting their second child. Showing off her substantial baby bump, 'The Hills' star's images leave little to the imagination.
Clicked by photographer Oxana Alex, the pictures obtained by Page Six featured Montag in various poses. In one photo, she can be seen reclining on a settee, with a tulle lilac gown draped over her body. In other images, she posed fully nude, covering her private areas with her hands or flowers. This is Montag's second child after her longtime struggle with infertility that she often shared online.

Taking to Instagram, Montag shared a reel showing some behind-the-scenes moments from the photo shoot. She captions her post, "Thank you @oxanaalexphotography for capturing this moment of time, embracing the beauty and transformation during #pregnancy."
In the reel, she is dressed in all lilac while lying on her side, posing for the pictures. The pastel theme of the photo shoot was rather obvious as her outfit and background stuck to the palette scheme of softer shades. Behind her is a wall covered with pastel colored flowers as well as a mirror standing on one side.
Other images show her completely nude, her blossoming bump taking center stage. In a sideways shot shared by PageSix, she is seen kneeling, with her hands cupping her breasts.
While in another shot, the 'Laguna Beach' actor has been captured in a more floral setting. Surrounded by greenery, she holds a bunch of flowers and leaves in one hand, using it to cover her chest. Her blonde hair is draped on one shoulder and she looks on straight at the camera.
Montag has frequently spoken about her struggles with infertility, having undergone a surgical procedure in August, 2021. The couple, already parents to a boy named Gunner, hoped to conceive again.
Sharing the news of her second pregnancy, Montag called it her "miracle baby" and revealed her emotional reaction when she discovered her prayers had been answered. "Once I saw the word "pregnant" I started hysterically crying, overwhelmed with joy and shock and I sprinted upstairs to show Spencer," she writes, adding that she "couldn’t believe I was pregnant again."
She also told her little boy the news, "Gunner asked me why I was crying and I told him I was so happy because he is going to be a big brother! To say we are all thrilled is an understatement. I am so thankful! We are so excited for the journey ahead."
Montag and Pratt tied the knot 14 years ago. Their second child is due in December, 2022.
