Guns N' Roses announces summer tour dates, to be first rock band to perform at LA's SoFi Stadium
Rock 'N' roll titans Guns N' Roses announced a tour on February 3 for North America this summer. The tour kicks off on July 4 at Milwaukee's Summerfest in Wisconsin and closes on August 26 at Missoula's Grizzly Stadium in Montana. The new line-up of dates will follow their previously announced set of tours in Europe, South and Central America.
With the mega popularity that Guns N' Roses enjoys, it is no surprise that the band has been touring since reforming at Coachella in 2015.
Guns N' Roses will be the first rock band to ever perform at the long-awaited California SoFi Stadium and will hit MetLife Stadium on the opposite coast, home of the New York Giants and New York Jets. The Sofi Stadium is located in Inglewood, Los Angeles, which was previously the Hollywood Park Racetrack site and it will serve as home to the Los Angeles Rams and Los Angeles Chargers of the National Football League.
In 2018, the band released an extensive multi-disc box set reissue of their 1987 debut studio album 'Appetite for Destruction', which does not include the controversial track 'One in a Million'.
Guns N' Roses' 'Not In This Lifetime' tour, which began four years ago, became the No. 3 highest-grossing tour in the history of Billboard Boxscore in November.
Citi is the official presale credit card for the tour and Citi card members will have access to purchase presale tickets starting on February 4 until February 6 through Citi Entertainment.
Presales for Guns N' Roses fan club members, VIP packages and Citi card members begin February 4. Live Nation, LN Mobile App, Ticketmaster and local venues/radio presales will follow. Tickets are on sale now for previously announced Latin America, South America and European dates.
In Canada, American Express Card Members will have access to purchase pre-sale tickets starting February 4 until February 6.
